Description
The present invention relates to a fluid control valve that has a valve body, an upstream valve chamber in which the valve body is housed, a downstream valve hole that communicates with the valve chamber, and an annular protrusion that protrudes from the inner surface of the valve chamber on the valve hole side along the outer periphery of the valve hole and has a valve seat at its tip, and that controls the fluid by moving the valve body into and out of contact with the valve seat.
Examples of fluid control devices that control fluid by a valve body coming into contact with and leaving a valve seat include the flow control valve disclosed in
However, the above-mentioned conventional techniques have the following problems.
When the pressure difference between the input and output sides of the control fluid is large, for example, about 200 kPa, the distance between the
In addition, when the control fluid passes through the gap between the
In recent years, the miniaturization and high density of semiconductor manufacturing equipment has led to a demand for smaller fluid control valves. In
The present invention was made in consideration of the above problems, and aims to provide a fluid control valve that can prevent or suppress vibrations caused by the flow of control fluid.
In order to solve the above problems, a fluid control valve according to the present invention has the following configuration.
(1) A fluid control valve comprising: a valve disc, an upstream valve chamber in which the valve disc is accommodated, a downstream valve hole communicating with the valve chamber, and an annular protrusion protruding from the inner surface of the valve chamber facing the valve hole along the outer periphery of the valve hole and having a valve seat at its tip, wherein the valve disc controls fluid by contacting and separating from the valve seat, the annular protrusion having an annular diameter reducing surface around the entire inner diameter side of the annular protrusion which reduces the inner diameter of the annular protrusion towards the valve hole, the valve disc having an abutment surface that abuts against the valve seat, and a cylindrical stepped portion having a diameter larger than the inner diameter of the valve hole and coaxial with the valve hole, the annular ridge line where the outer circumferential surface of the stepped portion and the end face of the stepped portion facing the valve hole intersect is located in the vicinity of the annular diameter reducing surface, and forms a flow path throttle portion.
In the fluid control valve described in (1), the fluid flowing from the valve chamber to the valve hole passes, in order, through a section where the flow area is narrowed by the valve body and the valve seat, a section where the flow area is widened by the space surrounded by the annular reduced diameter surface, the abutment surface, and the outer circumferential surface of the step portion, and a section where the flow area is narrowed by the flow restriction portion. The applicant has discovered through experiments that this reduces the negative pressure state downstream of the valve seat.
By reducing the negative pressure state, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of cavitation, and even if cavitation does occur, it is possible to shorten the time it takes for bubbles to appear and disappear. This makes it possible to suppress the occurrence of vibrations caused by cavitation, and to suppress the occurrence of noise caused by said vibrations.
Furthermore, the step protruding from the contact surface toward the valve hole guides the jet toward the valve hole and separates it from the valve body. By separating the jet from the valve body, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of vibration of the valve body caused by the jet, and it is also possible to suppress the generation of noise.
(2) The fluid control valve described in (1) is characterized in that the value obtained by multiplying the diameter dimension of the annular ridge of the flow passage throttle portion by the diameter dimension of the annular protrusion at the center of the valve seat is between 0.6 and 1.2.

According to the fluid control valve described in (4), the fluid flowing from the valve chamber to the valve hole passes through a portion where the flow path area is narrowed by the valve body and the valve seat, a portion where the flow path area is widened by the space surrounded by the annular reduced diameter surface, the abutment surface, and the outer circumferential surface of the step portion, a portion where the flow path area is narrowed by the flow path narrowing portion, and then passes through a portion where the flow path area is widened by the end face of the step portion on the valve hole side and the outer circumferential surface of the second step portion, and a portion where the flow path area is narrowed by the second flow path narrowing portion, in that order. The applicant has discovered through experiments that this further reduces the negative pressure state downstream of the valve seat.
By reducing the negative pressure state, the occurrence of cavitation can be suppressed. If the occurrence of cavitation can be suppressed, the occurrence of vibrations caused by cavitation can be suppressed, and it becomes possible to suppress the occurrence of noise caused by such vibrations.

The applicant has discovered through experiments that the fluid control valve described in (6) has an increased space between the flow path throttle section and the second flow path throttle section due to the recess, making it possible to provide a fluid control valve that is more effective at suppressing vibrations caused by cavitation.

According to the fluid control valve described in (7), even at a valve opening (e.g., about 0.035 mm) where a negative pressure region is likely to occur downstream of the valve seat, the fourth annular ridge is reliably located near the second annular ridge, forming a second flow passage throttle section, resulting in a fluid control valve that is excellent at suppressing vibrations caused by cavitation.

The fluid control valve of the present invention makes it possible to prevent or suppress vibrations caused by the flow of the control fluid.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of a fluid control valve according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
The fluid control device according to this embodiment is a
A
As shown in FIG. 2, the tip of the
As shown in FIG. 1, the
The
In addition, a

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 2, a cylindrical

The distance d3 from the
1, the
The
By providing the
The

The flow of the control fluid near the
First, the occurrence of cavitation, which has been a problem in the prior art, will be described with reference to FIGS.
5 and 6 show pressure distribution diagrams near the
The lower the pressure downstream of the
When the valve opening is about 0.035 mm, the flow rate of the control fluid passing through such a small gap increases. When the flow rate of the control fluid increases, the pressure of the control fluid downstream of the
On the other hand, in the
Furthermore, at measurement point A12 in the second space, which corresponds to the position of measurement point A22, the negative pressure state is eliminated and the pressure value becomes a positive value. This is also clear from the graph shown in Figure 8.
At measurement point A13, which corresponds to the position of measurement point A23, the pressure distribution diagram shows that the pressure is in a negative pressure state, but as shown in the graph in Figure 8, the pressure value exceeds pressure value P11, so it can be said that the condition that is prone to cavitation has been eliminated.
In other words, in the
As described above, it is desirable that the diametric gap dimension C1 of the first
As in the regulator according to the first modified example shown in FIG. 12, the
Next, the generation of jets, which was a problem in the prior art, will be described with reference to Figures 9 to 11. Figures 9 and 10 show distribution diagrams showing the flow velocity of the control fluid near the
Looking at the analysis results of the
On the other hand, in the
As described above, it is desirable that the distance d1 from the center (center line CL11) of the
As a second modification of this embodiment, as shown in Figs. 13 and 14, the

As a third modified example, as shown in Figures 15 and 16, a
First, the

To further suppress vibration of the
A
The sliding
The sliding
The diameter of the portion of the sliding
The
The
Since the

The fixing

The fixing
As shown in FIG. 21, the
The
Each of the pair of locking
Next, the operation of fitting the fixing
First, the mis-fitting
When the fitting portion is inserted into the
When the fitting operation is completed, the arc-shaped
As described above, since the fixing
