Claims (5)
- 第一の面を備える第一の型と前記第一の面と対面する第二の面を備える第二の型とが閉動作した際に前記第一の面と前記第二の面とで成形領域を形成する金型における前記第一の面の前記成形領域以外の位置に配置されて、検出光の送受光を行うセンサ部と、
前記第二の面の前記センサ部と対面する位置に配置された、第一の反射領域と当該第一の反射領域より反射率の低い第二の反射領域とを備える反射部と、
前記第一の反射領域で反射した第一の検出光と前記第二の反射領域で反射した第二の検出光との比較結果に基づき、少なくとも前記第二の面の汚れレベルを検知する処理部と、
を備える、金型合わせ面の汚れ検知装置。 - 前記センサ部は、当該センサ部のセンサ面を前記第一の面に形成された凹部の内部に位置させている、請求項1に記載の金型合わせ面の汚れ検知装置。
- 前記センサ面の前方の位置で、かつ前記凹部の内部の位置に、開閉可能なシャッタ部を備える、請求項2に記載の金型合わせ面の汚れ検知装置。
- 前記第一の反射領域と前記第二の反射領域とは、前記第二の面と同一面上に露出した状態で配置されている、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の金型合わせ面の汚れ検知装置。
- 第一の面を備える第一の型と前記第一の面と対面する第二の面を備える第二の型とが閉動作した際に前記第一の面と前記第二の面とで成形領域を形成する金型における前記第一の面の前記成形領域以外の位置に配置されたセンサ部から検出光を照射するステップと、
前記検出光が照射された場合に、前記第二の面の前記センサ部と対面する位置に配置された反射部のうち第一の反射領域で反射した第一の検出光と、前記第一の反射領域より反射率の低い第二の反射領域で反射した第二の検出光とを、受光するステップと、
前記第一の検出光と前記第二の検出光との比較結果に基づき、少なくとも前記第二の面の汚れレベルを検知するステップと、
を含む、金型合わせ面の汚れ検知方法。
