Description
-導電性フィラーは、本発明に従ったゾル-ゲルコーティング組成物中にゾル-ゲル組成の安定性を害することなく、組成物の全質量の90%まで、非常に多くの量を含有させることが出来る;
-本発明に従ったゾル-ゲルコーティングは、プラスチック、ガラス、陶器、多孔性の建築材料(テラコッタ)、セラミック、銅、アルミニウムのようなゾル-ゲルコーティングでコートされることを受容するいかなるタイプの支持体を誘導対応にさせる能力を有する;
-本発明に従ったゾル-ゲルコーティングは、熱分散の良好な均一性を示し、特に、これらのコーティングは、食品を料理するときにホットスポットを示さない;
-本発明に従ったゾル-ゲルコーティングは、少なくとも500℃まで、熱的に安定している;
-本発明に従ったゾル-ゲルコーティングでコートされた調理器具は、スロークッキング(ことこと煮る、グラタン)において良好な結果を示す;
-そのような調理器具を製造する本方法は、高温を必要としない、確かに、本発明に従ったゾル-ゲルコーティングの硬化温度は、概して、800℃であるエナメルコーティングよりもかなり低く(、210~300℃)、したがって、支持体としてのアルミニウムのよう材料の使用を可能にさせる;
-導電性フィラーの別の利点は、例えば、磨くことのような特定の前処理の必要性なしに、導電性フィラーをゾル-ゲルコーティングの製造のあらゆるステージで含有させられることである。

-導電性フィラー及び、金属又は半金属のアルコキシレート型のゾル-ゲル前駆体及び、金属又は半金属のポリアルコキシレート型のゾル-ゲル前駆体から選択される少なくとも一つのゾル-ゲル前駆体を含む溶液(B)、好ましくは酸性の溶液を調製する、
-溶液(B)を、水性組成物(A)と混合して、ゾル-ゲルコーティング組成物を得る、
-得られたゾル-ゲルコーティング組成物を支持体に適用する。
支持体を予備圧縮化させ、それにより、コートさせて、4B~4Hの範囲から成る鉛筆硬度を有するゾル-ゲルコーティング層を得るステップ(ii-1)、その後、
食品を受容する内側表面及び、熱源上に配置されることを意図された外側表面を有する調理器具の最終形状が得られるまで、コートされた表面を押し付けるステップであって、この押し付けは、ゾル-ゲルコーティング層が提供される表面又は、その反対側の表面の何れかであるステップ(ii-2)。
この使用に従って実施される導電性フィラーは、上記に記載されたものである。
添付の特許請求の範囲も含めた本開示において、グラニュトメトリー及び、粒径は、例えば、Malvern MS2000レーザー粒径分析器を使用して、レーザー粒径分析により測定される。
-2000rpmのポンプスピード、800rpmの攪拌器スピード及び、10秒以上の音測定及び、超音波の存在なしで、湿潤プロセスに対して、水若しくは溶媒液体の存在下、又は、
-10秒以上の音測定で、乾燥プロセスに対して、空気の存在下、
その後、レーザー光強度は少なくとも80%以上であり、そして、指数曲線の減衰がバックグラウンドノイズに対して得られることを確認する。もし条件を満たさない場合、セルのレンズはきれいにされる必要がある。

-0.97μmのD10、3.03μmのD50、7.62μmのD90及び、25.43μmのD100及び、BET表面積>0.5m2/gを有する銀粉末No.2;
-1~3μmのD10、4~6μmのD50、8.5~12μmのD90及び、15μmのD100及び、BET表面積>0.5m2/gを有する強磁性粉末;
-2.0~6.0μmのD10、7.0~11.0μmのD50、12.0~17.0μmのD90及び、15μmのD100及び、BET表面積>0.5m2/gを有するカプセル化アルミニウム;
・フィラー:アルミナ Al2O3;
-支持体:セラミック陶器;
-シリコーンオイル:食品グレードの反応性シリコーンオイル;
(実施例1)
銀粉末(酸ルート)を含む本発明に従ったゾル-ゲルコーティング組成物
本発明に従ったゾル-ゲルコーティング組成物が、以下の表1に記載の組成で製造された。
強磁性粉末(酸ルート)を含む本発明に従ったゾル-ゲルコーティング組成物
本発明に従ったゾル-ゲルコーティング組成物が、以下の表2に記載の組成で製造された。
アルミニウム粉末(酸ルート)を含む本発明に従ったゾル-ゲルコーティング組成物
本発明に従ったゾル-ゲルコーティング組成物が、以下の表3に記載の組成で製造された。
銀粉末(塩基ルート)を含む本発明に従ったゾル-ゲルコーティング組成物
本発明に従ったゾル-ゲルコーティング組成物が、以下の表4に記載の組成で製造された。
以下のプロトコルに従った本発明に従ったゾル-ゲルコーティング組成物でコートされた支持体を得るために、実施例1のゾル-ゲルコーティング組成物を、セラミック陶器支持体(パン型容器)に適用した。
-最初に、容器をきれいにし、その後、40~80℃の温度に加熱した。
-装飾用の色をしたゾル-ゲルコーティング組成物を、容器の全ての外側(外側スカート及び底部)上をスプレーし、次に、温度80~120℃で、数秒間乾燥させた。この組成物は、導電性フィラーを含まず、そして、本発明に従ったものではなない。この装飾ゾル-ゲルコーティング組成物は、以下の表5に記載の比率に従って製造された。
-その後、実施例1のゲルコーティング組成物は、1つ以上の層が30μmの厚さになる迄、ブラシにより適用され、その後、温度80~120℃で、ゆっくりと乾燥させた。
-硬化ステップは、スタートして温度を5分間で250℃に上昇させ、その後、250℃で10分間維持し、そして、その後、5分間で冷却して、約250℃で行われた。
実施例1の銀ゾル-ゲルコーティング組成物でコートされた底部を有するセラミック陶器器具の誘導熱実績をテストした。容器は1Lの水で満たされ、誘導熱システムで加熱された。結果を以下の表6に示す。
Claims (13)
- 調理器具を誘導対応にさせるための導電性フィラーを含むゾル-ゲルコーティング組成物であって、前記組成物が、40~90%の導電性フィラーを含むことを特徴とし、パーセンテージは、ゾル-ゲルコーティング組成物の全質量に基づいて質量で表示された組成物。
- 導電性フィラーは、強磁性、反磁性又は、常磁性であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 導電性フィラーは、銀、銅、アルミニウム、鉄、ニッケル、コバルト、ステンレス鋼、カーボンブラック及び、それらの混合物から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 組成物が、50~85%の導電性フィラーを含むことを特徴とし、パーセンテージは、ゾル-ゲルコーティング組成物の全質量に基づいて質量で表示された、請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載の組成物。
- 組成物が、金属又は半金属のアルコキシレート型前駆体及び、金属又は半金属のポリアルコキシレート型ゾル-ゲル前駆体から選択される少なくとも一つのゾル-ゲル前駆体を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載の組成物。
- ゾル-ゲル前駆体は、テトラエトキシシラン(TEOS)及び/又は、メチルトリエトキシシラン(MTES)及び/又は、メチルトリメトキシシラン(MTMS)を含む、請求項5に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1~6の何れか一項に記載のゾル-ゲルコーティング組成物の少なくとも一つの層を備えたゾル-ゲルコーティング。
- 請求項7に記載のゾル-ゲルコーティングでコートされた支持体を備えた調理器具。
- 前記支持体は、無機材料又は、有機材料のものであることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の調理器具。
- 無機材料は、ガラス若しくは、セラミックである、請求項9に記載の調理器具。
- 有機材料は、プラスチックである、請求項9に記載の調理器具。
- 調理器具の支持体の外側表面は、請求項7のゾル-ゲルコーティングでコートされていることを特徴とする、請求項8~11の何れか一項に記載の調理器具。
- 以下の連続工程を備えた誘導対応調理器具を製造する方法:
(i)支持体を提供する;
(ii)導電性フィラーを含む請求項1~6の何れか一項に記載のゾル-ゲルコーティング組成物を支持体に適用する;
(iii)200~500℃の温度で熱処理を適用する;
(iv)ゾル-ゲルコーティングでコートされた支持体の器具を得る。
