Description
a)Ni、Mn、及びCoを保有する材料、並びにスラグ形成剤としてのSi、Al、Ca、及びMgを含む冶金装入材を調製する工程と、
b)第1の還元条件で上記冶金装入材を製錬し、それによってSi<0.1%の、Co及びNiの少なくとも1種の主要部分を含むNi-Co合金、並びにMnの主要部分を含む第1のスラグを得る工程と、
c)合金からスラグを分離する工程と、
d)上記第1の還元条件よりも還元する、第2の還元条件でスラグを製錬し、それによってSi>10%の、好ましくはSi>15%の、Mnの主要部分を含むSi-Mn合金及び第2のスラグを得る工程と
を含む。
0.25<SiO2/Al2O3<2.5;
0.5<SiO2/CaO<2.5;
MgO>5%、好ましくはMgO>10%;
MnO>2.5%、好ましくはMnO>5%;及び
Co+Ni>0.1%、好ましくはCo+Ni>0.2%、より好ましくはCo+Ni>0.5%
に従って、第1のスラグを生成する。
Claims (3)
- Ni、Mn、及びCoを含有する材料からSi-Mn合金を製造する方法であって、
a)前記材料、並びにスラグ形成剤としてのSi、Al、Ca、及びMgを含む冶金装入材を調製する工程と、
b)第1の還元条件で装入材を製錬し、それによって、Si<0.1質量%の、Co及びNiの少なくとも1種の主要部分を含むNi-Co合金、並びにMnの主要部分を含む、第1のスラグを得る工程と、
c)合金から前記第1のスラグを分離する工程と、
d)前記第1の還元条件よりもより還元性の第2の還元条件で前記第1のスラグを製錬し、それによってSi>10質量%の、Mnの主要部分を含むSi-Mn合金及び第2のスラグを得る工程と
を含む、方法。 - 前記第1のスラグが、
0.25<SiO2/Al2O3<2.5;
0.5<SiO2/CaO<2.5;
MnO>2.5質量%;
MgO>5質量%;及び
Co+Ni>0.1質量%
に従った組成を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記Si-Mn合金をFeベース溶融相に添加し、それによってSi-Mn鋼を得る工程を更に含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
