Description
上下方向に立てられた形態の電池セルであって、上部に位置する一対の電極端子を備え、かつ少なくとも一方向に配列された複数の電池セルと、
上面に複数の電池セルの下部が固定され、水平方向に延びた形態を有する冷却フレームと、
複数の電池セルと冷却フレームとの間に介在された接着剤と、
複数の電池セルを覆うように構成された上部フレームと、を含む。
バスバーには、複数の伝導性ワイヤが備えられ得る。
複数の電池セルの上部を外部に露出させるように打ち抜かれた露出部と、
複数の電池セルの電極端子のそれぞれの一部分を覆うように、電極端子に向かって突出した突出部と、が備えられ得る。
上部フレームの側壁の側部には、締結孔が形成された締結部が備えられ、
上部フレームの側壁の下部には、上方に凹んだ挿入溝が備えられ、
冷却フレームには、冷却フレームの外周縁部が上方に突出した形態を有する結合部が備えられ得る。
バッテリーパックを製造する方法であって、
複数の電池セルの下部を冷却フレームに固定する固定段階と、
複数の電池セルを覆うように構成された上部フレームを冷却フレームと結合する結合段階と、
複数の電池セル同士を電気的に接続するため、バスバーを複数の電池セルの電極端子のそれぞれに接続する接続段階と、
固定段階、結合段階及び接続段階を順次に少なくとも二回行って少なくとも二つのバッテリーモジュールを製造する製造段階と、
少なくとも二つのバッテリーモジュールをパックハウジングの内部に固定する固定段階と、
バッテリーモジュールの内部及びパックハウジングの内部の少なくとも一方に電気絶縁性の充填材を充填した後、硬化させる充填段階と、を含む。

Claims (9)
- 上下方向に立てられた形態の複数の電池セルであって、上部に位置する一対の電極端子を備え、かつ少なくとも一方向に配列された複数の電池セルと、
上面に前記複数の電池セルの下部が固定され、水平方向に延びた形態を有する冷却フレームと、
前記複数の電池セルと前記冷却フレームとの間に介在された接着剤と、
前記複数の電池セルを覆うように構成された上部フレームと、
前記上部フレーム上に載置された複数のバスバーであって、前記複数の電池セルの電極端子とそれぞれ接触するように構成された複数のバスバーと、
を含み、
前記バスバーには、複数の伝導性ワイヤが備えられる、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記冷却フレームは、前記複数の電池セルのそれぞれの下部を固定するように構成された複数の固定突起を備える、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記上部フレームには、
前記複数の電池セルの上部を外部に露出させるように打ち抜かれた露出部と、
前記複数の電池セルの電極端子のそれぞれの一部分を覆うように、前記電極端子に向かって突出した突出部と、
が備えられる、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記上部フレームは、
前記複数の電池セルの上部に位置する上壁、及び前記複数の電池セルの側部を覆うように構成された側壁を備え、
前記上部フレームの側壁の側部には、締結孔が形成された締結部が備えられ、
前記上部フレームの側壁の下部には、上方に凹んだ挿入溝が備えられ、
前記冷却フレームには、前記冷却フレームの外周縁部が上方に突出した形態を有する結合部が備えられる、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記複数の電池セルのそれぞれの側部を囲むように構成された充填材をさらに含む、請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを少なくとも二つ含み、
少なくとも二つの前記バッテリーモジュールを収容する収容空間が備えられたパックハウジングを含む、バッテリーパック。 - 前記バッテリーパックは、
前記パックハウジングの内部下面、内部上面、及び内部側面のうちのいずれか一つ以上に固定された補強部材をさらに含む、請求項6に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 請求項6または7に記載のバッテリーパックを含む、自動車。
- バッテリーパックを製造する方法であって、
複数の電池セルの下部を冷却フレームに固定する固定段階と、
前記複数の電池セルを覆うように構成された上部フレームを前記冷却フレームと結合する結合段階と、
前記上部フレーム上に載置された複数のバスバーであって、前記複数の電池セルの電極端子とそれぞれ接触するように構成された複数のバスバーをさらに含み、前記バスバーには複数の伝導性ワイヤが備えられ、前記複数の電池セル同士を電気的に接続するため、前記バスバーを前記複数の電池セルの電極端子のそれぞれに接続する接続段階と、
前記固定段階、前記結合段階、及び前記接続段階を順次に少なくとも二回行って少なくとも二つのバッテリーモジュールを製造する製造段階と、
少なくとも二つの前記バッテリーモジュールをパックハウジングの内部に固定する固定段階と、
前記バッテリーモジュールの内部及びパックハウジングの内部の少なくとも一方に電気絶縁性の充填材を充填した後、硬化させる充填段階と、
を含む、製造方法。
