Description
駆動源からの動力を主駆動輪に伝達するための主駆動輪駆動部と、
副駆動輪に伝達する動力を前記主駆動輪駆動部から取り出す動力取出部を有する副駆動輪駆動部と、を備えた動力伝達装置であって、
前記動力取出部は、前記主駆動輪駆動部に連絡されたトランスファドライブギヤと、該トランスファドライブギヤに噛合うとともに前記副駆動輪に動力を伝達するトランスファドリブンギヤとからなるトランスファギヤセットを有し、
前記主駆動輪駆動部から前記トランスファドライブギヤに至る動力伝達経路上において、
前記主駆動輪駆動部に接続された入力軸と、前記トランスファドライブギヤに接続された動力伝達軸とが径方向内外に第1のバックラッシュを有するスプラインを介して連結され、
前記入力軸と前記動力伝達軸との間に、バックラッシュなしのせん断タイプの第1のダンパと、前記第1のバックラッシュよりも小さな第2のバックラッシュを有するスプラインを備えたせん断タイプの第2のダンパとを介在させンを備えたせん断タイプの第2のダンパとを介在させ、
前記入力軸に前記動力伝達軸、前記第1のダンパ、前記第2のダンパに跨る共通のスプラインが形成されていることを特徴とする動力伝達装置。
前記第2のダンパは、前記第1のダンパよりも高剛性であることを特徴とする。
前記入力軸側から第2のダンパ、第1のダンパの順に配設されていることを特徴とする。
前記主駆動輪は車体の動力源側に配置され、前記副駆動輪は車体の反動力源側に配置されていることを特徴とする。
前記第1のダンパは、前記トランスファギヤセットと前記入力軸の軸方向にオーバラップして配設されていることを特徴とする。
また、入力軸には、動力伝達軸、第1のダンパ、第2のダンパに跨る共通のスプラインが形成されているので、動力伝達軸と、第1のダンパの内筒部側と、第2のダンパの内筒部側とによってバックラッシュの角度を調整するだけの簡素な構造で請求項1の効果を達成できる。また、入力軸のスプラインの加工が1回で行うことができるので、加工にかかる工数を削減することができ、コストの削減が可能。

Claims (5)
- 駆動源からの動力を主駆動輪に伝達するための主駆動輪駆動部と、
副駆動輪に伝達する動力を前記主駆動輪駆動部から取り出す動力取出部を有する副駆動輪駆動部と、を備えた動力伝達装置であって、
前記動力取出部は、前記主駆動輪駆動部に連絡されたトランスファドライブギヤと、該トランスファドライブギヤに噛合うとともに前記副駆動輪に動力を伝達するトランスファドリブンギヤとからなるトランスファギヤセットを有し、
前記主駆動輪駆動部からトランスファドライブギヤに至る動力伝達経路上において、
前記主駆動輪駆動部に接続された入力軸と、トランスファドライブギヤに接続された動力伝達軸とが径方向内外に第1のバックラッシュを有するスプラインを介して連結され、
前記入力軸と前記動力伝達軸との間に、バックラッシュなしのせん断タイプの第1のダンパと、前記第1のバックラッシュよりも小さな第2のバックラッシュを有するスプラインを備えたせん断タイプの第2のダンパとを介在させ、
前記入力軸に前記動力伝達軸、前記第1のダンパ、前記第2のダンパに跨る共通のスプラインが形成されていることを特徴とする動力伝達装置。 - 前記第2のダンパは、前記第1のダンパよりも高剛性であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の動力伝達装置。
- 前記入力軸側から第2のダンパ、第1のダンパの順に配設されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の動力伝達装置。
- 前記主駆動輪は車体の動力源側に配置され、前記副駆動輪は車体の反動力源側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の動力伝達装置。
- 前記第1のダンパは、前記トランスファギヤセットと前記入力軸の軸方向にオーバラップして配設されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の動力伝達装置。
