Description
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a position sensing system.
A user such as a person in need of care attaches a wireless tag and a reader is installed at a specific location such as a nursing care facility, and the reader receives the wireless signal sent from the wireless tag. A position detection system that determines whether a user is located has been disclosed (Patent Document 1).
However, depending on the floor structure of the facility, the radio waves of the wireless signal can pass through, so readers installed on different floors may receive the wireless signal from the wireless tag, making it difficult to accurately identify the floor where the user is located. There were times when this became difficult. In order to solve this problem, efforts have been made such as lowering the wireless output of the wireless tag and changing the frequency band of radio waves to the LF band. However, if a user falls down, the reader on the floor below may receive the wireless signal from the wireless tag.
On the other hand, if sound waves or ultrasonic waves are used as a signal instead of radio waves, the signal will not pass through floors or walls, but there is a problem in that the user's body or clothing may interfere with the signal.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a position detection system that can suppress false floor detection and accurately detect the position of a user.
One aspect of the present invention provides a wireless tag that includes a barometric sensor that measures the barometric pressure at its own location, a transmitter that transmits a wireless signal that includes the barometric data measured by the barometric sensor, and a wireless tag that measures the barometric pressure at its own location. The wireless tag is equipped with an atmospheric pressure sensor that measures the atmospheric pressure, and a receiver that receives the wireless signal, and determines the location of the wireless tag using the atmospheric pressure data included in the wireless signal and the atmospheric pressure data that is obtained by measuring the atmospheric pressure at the own location with the atmospheric pressure sensor. This is a position detection system characterized by comprising a reader for identifying the location.
Here, each time the reader receives a wireless signal transmitted from the wireless tag, the reader measures the atmospheric pressure at its own location using the atmospheric pressure sensor provided in the reader, and measures the atmospheric pressure at its own location using the atmospheric pressure sensor provided in the reader. Preferably, the position of the wireless tag is specified based on the atmospheric pressure data measured by the wireless tag and the atmospheric pressure data measured by the atmospheric pressure sensor included in the wireless tag.
Further, the reader has a relative atmospheric pressure range set in advance based on its own position for determining whether the wireless tag is located on the same floor, and the atmospheric pressure range measured by the atmospheric pressure sensor provided in the reader. Preferably, based on the data and the relative atmospheric pressure range, an absolute atmospheric pressure range is calculated in order to determine that the wireless tags are located on the same floor.
Further, it is preferable that the relative pressure range is set in the reader using a wireless signal.
According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a position detection system that can suppress false floor detection and accurately detect the position of a user.
The

As shown in FIG. 2, the
The
It is preferable that the
However, the conditions are not limited to these, and the frequency band and transmission power of the wireless signal output from the
The
As shown in FIG. 3, the
The
When the
The process of determining whether the
The upper limit relative atmospheric pressure a indicates the upper limit of the relative atmospheric pressure range in which it is determined that the
The value obtained by adding the upper limit relative pressure a (30 pascals) from the pressure measured by the
The
Note that, instead of calculating the upper limit absolute pressure A and the lower limit absolute pressure B from the pressure value measured by the
Therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, the
Note that since the atmospheric pressure changes depending on the ambient temperature, it is necessary to correct the temperature of the measured value of the
When the
However, the conditions are not limited to these, and the frequency band and transmission power of the wireless signal output from the wireless transmitter/
When the
