Description
以下、本発明の方向性電磁鋼板について説明する。
次に、本発明の方向性電磁鋼板の製造方法について説明する。
燐酸水溶液で処理した鋼板は、余剰の燐酸水溶液を除去するため、水等により洗浄することが重要である。この条件は、例えば、常温の流水での水洗を10~60秒、純水浸漬を常温で10~60秒とすることができる。
硼酸アルミニウム被膜の形成については、特に限定はなく、公知の技術によることができる。たとえば、以下の方法が採用できる。
Claims (3)
- 鋼板と、
前記鋼板の表面に設けられたフォルステライトを主体とする中間層と、
前記中間層の表面に設けられた硼酸アルミニウム被膜
を備える方向性電磁鋼板であって、
前記中間層内に燐酸鉄を含む燐酸塩被膜が存在し、
前記燐酸塩被膜の付着量が0.003~0.300g/m2である
ことを特徴とする方向性電磁鋼板。 - 請求項1に記載の方向性電磁鋼板を製造する方法であって、
フォルステライトからなる被膜を有する仕上げ焼鈍後の鋼板を燐酸水溶液で処理する工程と、
燐酸処理後の鋼板を洗浄、乾燥する工程と、
硼素源、及びアルミニウム源を含む塗布液を洗浄、乾燥後の鋼板の表面に塗布する工程
を含むことを特徴とする方向性電磁鋼板の製造方法。 - 前記燐酸水溶液への鋼板の浸漬時間は、30~300秒であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方向性電磁鋼板の製造方法。
