鋳型内において前記雌型部品と雄型部品との間で前記前処理済みの素子を成形する段階と、を含む方法であって、
前記雌型部品及び前記雄型部品は、前記前処理済みの素子から凹状の対象物を形成するように、成形方向に沿って互いに相対的に移動可能で、
前記成形キャビティは、前記成形方向に対して横方向に測定された横方向寸法を有し、前記成形キャビティは、前記横方向寸法が大きい値から小さい値へと徐々に減少する漏斗状の表面によって規定された遷移領域をさらに有し、前記成形キャビティは底部をさらに有し、
前記前処理済みの素子を導入する段階の間に、前記前処理済みの素子は、前記成形キャビティ内に配置され、かつ前記成形キャビティ内の上部内の前記遷移領域上で静止し、それにより前記成形キャビティの底部から距離を置いて漏斗状の表面上に留まり、

前記成形キャビティは底部と側部領域とを有し、
前記側部領域は、前記成形キャビティの横方向寸法が大きい値から小さい値へと漸進的に変化する漏斗状の表面によって画定される遷移領域を有し、
前記遷移領域は、前記搬送装置によって前記成形キャビティ内に前記前処理済みの素子が放出されたときに、前記前処理済みの素子を静止して受け入れるように前記底部から離れた位置で前記成形キャビティの上部に供される、
装置。 - 請求項16に記載の装置であって、前記成形キャビティの下部に配置され、前記前処理済みの素子が前記底部に接触する前に、前記前処理済みの素子の下に配置された前記成形キャビティの領域から空気を除去するために動作可能な空気排出装置をさらに備える装置。
