Claims (8)
- 手術器具であって、
ハンドピースと、
前記ハンドピースの遠位端部に連結された近位端部を有する外管と、
アクチュエータと、
前記外管内に収容された内管であって、軟質先端に連結された遠位端部と、前記アクチュエータに連結された近位端部とを有する内管と、
前記ハンドピースの内部に収容され、且つ前記アクチュエータの近位端部に連結された弁と
を含み、
前記弁は、能動吸引モードをサポートするための孔を備え、前記孔は、前記孔を通して空気が吸引されるのを防ぐために、ユーザによって覆われるように適合され、受動吸引モードでは、前記孔は、流体出口として使用し得るように適合され、
前記アクチュエータの後退は、前記弁を圧縮するように構成され、
前記軟質先端は、前記弁が非圧縮状態にあるとき、少なくとも部分的に前記外管の遠位端部を越えて延び、且つ前記弁が圧縮状態にあるとき、少なくとも部分的に前記外管の前記遠位端部内に後退する、手術器具。 - バックフラッシュ器具を含む、請求項1に記載の手術器具。
- 前記アクチュエータは、
前記弁の遠位端部に挿入されるように構成された円筒状挿入体と、
前記内管の前記近位端部を収容するように構成された円筒状要素と
を含む、請求項1に記載の手術器具。 - 前記弁は、蛇腹状である、請求項1に記載の手術器具。
- 前記アクチュエータは、プラスチック材料を含む、請求項1に記載の手術器具。
- 前記ハンドピースは、前記ハンドピースの前記遠位端部において、前記アクチュエータを収容するためのキャップを含む、請求項1に記載の手術器具。
- 前記キャップは、中空通路であって、それを通して前記アクチュエータが後退することができる、中空通路を含む、請求項6に記載の手術器具。
- 前記アクチュエータは、部分的に前記中空通路の外側に延びて、前記アクチュエータを後退させ、且つ解放するための手動操作を可能にする、請求項7に記載の手術器具。
