Description
Claims (4)
- 弁口および弁座を有する弁本体と、ローターを有するステッピングモーターと、前記ローターが一方向に回転されると前記弁口に近づきかつ前記ローターが他方向に回転されると前記弁口から離れる弁体と、前記ローターが基準位置にあるときに前記ローターの前記一方向への回転を規制するストッパ機構と、を有する電動弁であって、
前記弁口が、一定の内径を有するオリフィス部を有し、
前記弁座が、前記オリフィス部の一端を囲んでおり、
前記弁体が、着座部と、中間部と、先端部と、を有し、
前記中間部の一端が、前記着座部に連設され、
前記中間部の他端が、前記先端部に連設され、
前記中間部の他端の外径が、前記先端部の外径より大きく、
前記ローターが前記基準位置にあるとき、前記着座部が前記弁座に接し、前記中間部の他端が前記弁口に配置され、
前記ローターが前記他方向に回転されて前記着座部が前記弁座から離れたときの前記ローターの位置が開弁位置であり、
前記ローターが前記開弁位置にあるとき、前記中間部の他端と前記オリフィス部との間に最小絞り通路が形成され、
前記ローターが前記基準位置から前記開弁位置まで回転されるときに前記ステッピングモーターに入力されるパルス数の公差範囲の大きさをDとしたとき、前記着座部が前記弁座に接しているときの前記中間部の他端から前記オリフィス部の一端までの距離(以下、「最小絞り通路距離」という。)が、D+1個のパルスに対応する前記弁体の移動距離以上であることを特徴とする電動弁。 - 前記最小絞り通路距離が、前記ローターが前記基準位置から前記弁体が前記弁口から最も離れる全開位置まで回転されるときに前記ステッピングモーターに入力されるパルス数の1~15%のパルスに対応する前記弁体の移動距離である、請求項1に記載の電動弁。
- 前記中間部が、一定の外径を有する円柱形状の部分を少なくとも1つ含む、請求項1または請求項2に記載の電動弁。
- 前記中間部が、外周面に形成された環状の溝を少なくとも1つ含む、請求項1~請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の電動弁。
