Claims (13)
- 一つ以上の電池セルと前記電池セルを内部に収納するセルカートリッジとを含む単位モジュールが地面を基準に水平にまたは垂直に積層されている単位モジュール積層体と、
前記単位モジュール積層体の最外側に位置する一対の絶縁シートと、
前記一対の絶縁シートの外側に位置する一対のエンドプレートと、を含み、
前記一対のエンドプレートは、前記単位モジュール積層体が位置する方向に突出した第1***部を備え、
前記一対の絶縁シートは、前記エンドプレートの第1***部を収容するように同じ形状の第1収容部を備え、
前記第1収容部は、前記第1***部を収容する側では前記絶縁シート上で凹んだ形状を有し、その反対側では、前記凹んだ形状に対応して前記単位モジュール積層体が位置する方向に突出した形状を有し、前記絶縁シートに隣接する前記電池セルが、前記突出した形状によって形成される空間部に着座される、電池モジュール。 - 前記第1***部は、エンドプレートの上部エッジ付近に1個ずつ備えられた、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記一対のエンドプレートには、前記単位モジュール積層体が位置する方向に突出した第2***部が備えられ、
前記一対の絶縁シートは、前記エンドプレートの第2***部を収容するように同じ形状の第2収容部を備え、
前記第2***部は、一対の第1***部の間に位置し、前記第2収容部は一対の第1収容部の間に位置する、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記第2***部及び前記第2収容部は、水平方向に所定の長さに延びたバー形状を有する、請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記一対のエンドプレートは、前記単位モジュール積層体が位置する方向に突出した第3***部を備え、
前記一対の絶縁シートは、前記エンドプレートの第3***部を収容するように同じ形状の第3収容部を備える、請求項4に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記第3***部は、前記エンドプレートの側部の縁に沿って形成された、請求項5に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第3***部は、エンドプレートの側部及び下部の縁に沿って「L」字形に形成された、請求項5または6に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記エンドプレートの第2***部の上部には、前記絶縁シートと密着するように所定のサイズの両面接着テープが備えられている、請求項4~7のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記絶縁シートの第1収容部、第2収容部および第3収容部は、前記単位モジュール積層体が位置する方向に突出した、請求項7に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記絶縁シートと直接的に密着する電池セルは、前記絶縁シートの第1収容部、第2収容部および第3収容部によって支持される、請求項9に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記エンドプレートの上部縁の両側には、締結棒が貫通するように第1締結ホールが形成された一対の第1締結具が備えられ、
前記第1締結具は、前記絶縁シートの上部縁より上方に延びるように形成された、請求項10に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記セルカートリッジの上部縁の両側には、締結棒が貫通するように第2締結ホールが形成された一対の第2締結具が備えられた、請求項11に記載の電池モジュール。
- 請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュールを含む、電池パック。
