Claims (14)
- 電池であって、
電池セルであって、圧力解放機構を含み、前記圧力解放機構の少なくとも一部が前記電池セルの第1壁から突出し、前記圧力解放機構は前記電池セルの内部圧力又は温度が閾値に達する場合に作動して前記内部圧力を解放することに用いられる電池セルと、
流体を収容して前記電池セルの温度を調節するための熱管理部材と、を含み、
前記熱管理部材の第1表面が前記電池セルの前記第1壁に付着され、前記熱管理部材の前記第1表面には、前記圧力解放機構の前記少なくとも一部を収容するための逃げキャビティが設置され、
前記逃げキャビティは、前記圧力解放機構に変形空間を提供して、前記圧力解放機構を前記熱管理部材に向けて変形させ破裂させることができるように構成される、電池。 - 前記第1壁の前記圧力解放機構の周りの部分が外へ突出し、前記逃げキャビティはさらに、前記第1壁の前記圧力解放機構の周りの突出部分を収容することに用いられる、請求項1に記載の電池。
- 前記逃げキャビティの深さは前記圧力解放機構の寸法に関連し、及び/又は、
前記逃げキャビティの深さが1mmより大きい、請求項1に記載の電池。 - 前記逃げキャビティの底壁に薄化領域が設置され、前記薄化領域は、前記圧力解放機構が作動する時に前記電池セルの内部から排出された排出物に破壊されて、前記排出物を前記薄化領域に通過させることができるように配置され、
前記薄化領域の厚さが3mm以下である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の電池。 - 前記薄化領域は前記熱管理部材の他の部分より低い融点を有し、
前記薄化領域が採用する材料の融点が400℃より低い、請求項4に記載の電池。 - 前記熱管理部材は第1熱伝導板と第2熱伝導板を含み、前記第1熱伝導板は前記第1壁と前記第2熱伝導板との間に位置し且つ前記第1壁に付着され、前記第1熱伝導板の第1領域は前記第2熱伝導板へ凹んで前記逃げキャビティを形成し、前記第1領域は前記第2熱伝導板に接続される、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の電池。
- 前記第1領域に貫通孔が設置され、前記貫通孔の半径方向の寸法が前記逃げキャビティの半径方向の寸法より小さい、請求項6に記載の電池。
- 前記貫通孔に対応する前記第2熱伝導板の厚さは他の領域の前記第2熱伝導板の厚さより小さい、請求項7に記載の電池。
- 前記熱管理部材の前記逃げキャビティの周りの部分は前記電池セルの内部から排出された排出物に破壊されて、前記流体を前記熱管理部材の内部から排出させることができる、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の電池。
- 前記逃げキャビティの側面は前記排出物に破壊されて、前記流体を前記熱管理部材の内部から排出させることができる、請求項9に記載の電池。
- 前記逃げキャビティの半径方向の寸法は前記圧力解放機構から遠く離れる方向に沿って徐々に小さくなる、請求項10に記載の電池。
- 前記電池はさらに、
複数の前記電池セルを収容するための電気キャビティと、
前記圧力解放機構が作動する時に前記電池セルの内部から排出された排出物を収集するための収集キャビティと、を含み、
前記熱管理部材は前記電気キャビティと前記収集キャビティを分離することに用いられる、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の電池。 - 前記熱管理部材は、前記電気キャビティ及び前記収集キャビティによって共有される壁を有し、及び/又は、
前記電池は保護部材をさらに含み、
前記保護部材は前記熱管理部材を保護することに用いられ、前記保護部材と前記熱管理部材とは前記収集キャビティを形成し、
前記熱管理部材は、前記圧力解放機構が作動する時に前記排出物に破壊されて、前記排出物を前記熱管理部材に通過させて前記収集キャビティに入ることができるように配置される、請求項12に記載の電池。 - 電力消費機器であって、請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載の電池を含む、電力消費機器。
