Claims (8)
- 被冷却物と熱的に接触して、被冷却物の熱を受けて沸騰装置冷媒を気化させる沸騰部と、
この沸騰部より上方に位置し、前記沸騰装置冷媒を液化させる凝縮部と、
この凝縮部と前記沸騰部とを繋ぐ沸騰装置冷媒配管と、
この沸騰装置冷媒配管に配置されるサーモバルブとを備える沸騰冷却装置であって、
前記サーモバルブは、
前記凝縮部で液化した前記沸騰装置冷媒が前記沸騰部に向かう流路に配置される弁座と、
この弁座と当接して前記凝縮部で液化した前記沸騰装置冷媒が前記沸騰部に向かう流路を閉じる弁体と、
この弁体及び前記弁座をバイパスして前記沸騰部で気化した前記沸騰装置冷媒を前記凝縮部に向けて流すバイパス流路と、
周囲温度を検知して前記弁体と前記弁座との当接を、低温側所定温度以下で当接し、高温側所定温度以上では当接しないよう制御する制御部とを備え、
かつ、前記沸騰装置冷媒配管は、前記サーモバルブの上方に液化した前記沸騰装置冷媒を貯留する貯留空間を有し、
前記弁体は、前記弁体と一体に移動可能な1本の中空パイプを中心部に備えており、この中空パイプにより前記バイパス流路が形成され、
前記貯留空間は、前記沸騰装置冷媒配管の内周と前記中空パイプの外周との間に形成されて、
前記中空パイプの上方向端面は、前記沸騰装置冷媒配管のうち、液化した前記沸騰装置冷媒を貯留する前記貯留空間よりも更に上方に位置し、前記中空パイプは、前記弁座の上方に前記貯留空間に液化した前記沸騰装置冷媒を貯留する長さ伸びており、
前記中空パイプは、前記弁座の上側と下側でガイドされている
ことを特徴とする沸騰冷却装置。 - 前記弁座は、円環状の固定爪により前記沸騰装置冷媒配管の内周に固定される
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の沸騰冷却装置。 - 前記弁座の上方に上側バネ受けが配置され、この上側バネ受けと前記弁座とは連結部により連結されており、
前記中空パイプはこの上側バネ受けによりガイドされ、
前記弁体は前記上側バネ受けに支持された圧縮バネにより前記弁座と当接するよう付勢されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1若しくは2に記載の沸騰冷却装置。 - 前記弁座の下方に下側バネ受けが配置され、この下側バネ受けと前記弁座とは連結部により連結されており、
前記中空パイプはこの下側バネ受けによりガイドされ、
前記弁体は前記下側バネ受けに支持された形状記憶合金製バネと当接可能に配置されており、
この形状記憶合金製バネが、前記弁体と前記弁座との当接を制御する前記制御部をなす
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3いずれか記載の沸騰冷却装置。 - 前記弁座の下方に下側バネ受けが配置され、この下側バネ受けと前記弁座とは連結部により連結されており、
前記中空パイプはこの下側バネ受けによりガイドされ、
前記弁体は前記下側バネ受けに支持されたサーモワックスと当接可能に配置されており、
このサーモワックスが、前記弁体と前記弁座との当接を制御する前記制御部をなす
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3いずれか記載の沸騰冷却装置。 - 前記圧縮バネは、前記中空パイプの周囲に配置される
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の沸騰冷却装置。 - 前記形状記憶合金製バネは、前記中空パイプの周囲に配置される
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の沸騰冷却装置。 - 前記弁体にはOリング保持溝が形成され、このOリング保持溝に配置されたOリングが前記弁座と当接する
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし7いずれか記載の沸騰冷却装置。
