Claims (8)
- 流体製品を吐出するためのポンプであって、
入口弁(20)によって閉じられる開口部(29)を含むポンプ本体(14)と、
中空ロッド(15)の周囲で、前記ポンプ本体(14)内において密閉状態で摺動し、半径方向外側縁部に前記ポンプ本体(14)に対する密閉を確実にするための外側シールリップ(16a)が設けられ、半径方向内側縁部に前記中空ロッド(15)に対する密閉を確実にするための内側シールリップ(31)が設けられているピストン(16)と、
前記ピストン(16)の前記内側シールリップ(31)と協働するグランド(32)と、
前記中空ロッド(15)と前記ピストン(16)との間に配置された作動ばね(24)と、
戻りばね(25)と、
を備え、
前記入口弁(20)は、前記ポンプ本体(14)内に固定された弁ホルダー(21)によって所定の位置に保持されており、
前記戻りばね(25)は、前記弁ホルダー(21)と前記中空ロッド(15)との間に配置され、前記ピストン(16)をその静止位置に向けて付勢し、
前記中空ロッド(15)には、その軸方向の下側が閉じられ、半径方向オリフィス(15b)を介して前記中空ロッド(15)の外側と連通している内部軸方向チャネル(15a)が設けられ、
前記弁ホルダー(21)は、作動位置で前記中空ロッド(15)を受け入れる軸方向スリーブ(21c)を含み、前記軸方向スリーブ(21c)は、少なくとも1つの軸方向リブ(21a)を含み、当該ポンプの作動位置において、前記中空ロッド(15)の軸方向下端部(15c)と前記弁ホルダー(21)の少なくとも1つの前記軸方向リブ(21a)とで機械的停止機構を形成することを特徴とするポンプ。 - 前記軸方向スリーブ(21c)は、少なくとも2個の前記軸方向リブ(21a)を含む
請求項1に記載のポンプ。 - 4個の前記軸方向リブ(21a)が、前記弁ホルダー(21)の軸方向開口部(21d)の周囲に、2個ずつごとに、各軸方向リブ(21a)が反対方向に延出されてなる
請求項2に記載のポンプ。 - 前記軸方向スリーブ(21c)に貫通孔(21b)が形成されており、作動位置での液体の通過を確実にする
請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のポンプ。 - 前記ポンプ本体(14)を容器に固定するために設けられ、前記容器との間にネックシール(11)が挿入されている固定リング(10)と、前記固定リング(10)を前記ポンプ本体(14)に確実に密閉するためのリングシール(13)と、が設けられている
請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のポンプ。 - 前記静止位置において、前記ピストン(16)の軸方向上端部(16b)が、前記リングシール(13)と密閉状態で協働する
請求項5に記載のポンプ。 - 前記ポンプ本体(14)に通気孔(35)が設けられており、当該ポンプによって排出された製品が作動時ごとに空気によって置き換えられることを可能にする
請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のポンプ。 - 請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のポンプを含むことを特徴とする流体製品吐出装置。
