図2,図3は、各々、実施の形態1に係る電池パックの第1ケース100および第2ケース200を示す斜視図である。
図7,図8は、各々、実施の形態2に係る電池パックの第1ケース100および第2ケース200に電池セル10を収納した状態を示す上面図である。
図9,図10は、各々、実施の形態3に係る電池パックの第1ケース100および第2ケース200に電池セル10を収納した状態を示す上面図である。
(ケースの形状)
図11,図12は、ケースおよび電池セルの部分拡大図である。
図13~図22は、第1ケース100および第2ケース200の接合構造の例を示す図である。
図23は、電池パックの製造工程を示すフロー図である。図24~図26は、図23中の各工程の状態を示す図である。なお、図24~図26においては、図示および説明の便宜上、第1ケース100のみを示すが、第2ケース200についても同様である。
以上に説明した電池パックは、車両に搭載することが可能である。このとき、たとえばDR1方向を車両の前後方向とし、DR2方向を車両の幅方向とすることができる。このようにすることで、車両の前後方向および幅方向における耐振動性が高い車両搭載構造が得られる。
Claims (12)
- 積層された複数の第1蓄電セルを収納する第1ケースと、
積層された複数の第2蓄電セルを収納する第2ケースとを備え、
前記第1ケースは、第1方向に延びる第1補強部を有し、
前記第2ケースは、前記第1方向に交差する第2方向に延びる第2補強部を有し、
前記第1ケースおよび前記第2ケースは、前記第1方向および前記第2方向に交差する第3方向に沿って重ねて設けられ、互いに接合される、蓄電装置。 - 前記第1ケースは第1底面を有し、前記第1補強部は前記第1底面から突出するように設けられ、
前記第2ケースは第2底面を有し、前記第2補強部は前記第2底面から突出するように設けられる、請求項1に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記第1方向と前記第2方向とは略直交する、請求項1または請求項2に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記第1補強部は、前記第1方向に沿って前記第1ケースの幅方向全体にわたって延び、
前記第2補強部は、前記第2方向に沿って前記第2ケースの幅方向全体にわたって延びる、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記複数の第1蓄電セルは前記第1ケースの壁部に直接支持され、
前記複数の第2蓄電セルは前記第2ケースの壁部に直接支持される、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記第1方向に沿って前記複数の第1蓄電セルを拘束する第1拘束部材と、
前記第2方向に沿って前記複数の第2蓄電セルを拘束する第2拘束部材とをさらに備え、
前記第1補強部は前記第1拘束部材を含み、
前記第2補強部は前記第2拘束部材を含む、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記第1ケースと前記第2ケースとは溶接により接合される、請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記第1ケースおよび前記第2ケースの少なくとも一方は、凹凸部を含む端面を有し、
前記端面に形成された接着部により前記第1ケースおよび前記第2ケースが接合される、請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記第1ケースおよび前記第2ケースの少なくとも一方は、傾斜面を含む端面を有し、
前記傾斜面の先端側に溶接部が形成される、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記第1ケースおよび前記第2ケースの少なくとも一方は、前記第1ケースおよび前記第2ケースの外側に向けて突出するフランジ部を有し、
前記フランジ部に溶接部が形成される、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記フランジ部は段差部を含む、請求項10に記載の蓄電装置。
- 請求項1から請求項11のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置を車両に搭載する構造であって、
前記第1方向が前記車両の前後方向であり、前記第2方向が前記車両の幅方向である、車両搭載構造。
