Description
パネル構造体が、建築物の耐火壁材として使用されるものであってもよい。この構成によれば、フェノールフォーム等からなる難燃性合成樹脂発泡体が、極めて高い断熱性及び耐熱性を有しているため、パネル構造体を建築物の耐火壁材として使用する場合に、より優れた耐火性能が得られるという利点がある。
図1は、本発明の第一実施形態に係るパネル構造体1の構成を示す断面図である。パネル構造体1は、高強度コンクリートからなる外皮体2と、この外皮体2内に包埋されたコアパネル体3とを備えている。
図11は、本発明に係るパネル構造体の第二実施形態を示している。この第二実施形態に係るパネル構造体12の外皮体2内には、複数のコアパネル体、図例では一対のコアパネル体3,3が、パネル構造体12の板厚方向に一定の間隙を隔てて配設されている。また、相隣接するコアパネル体3,3の間には、繊維補強発泡セラミック体37が配設されるとともに、各コアパネル体3,3が、ボルト、ナットおよびワッシャー等からなる連結具34により互いに連結されている。
図13は、本発明に係るパネル構造体の第三実施形態を示している。この第三実施形態に係るパネル構造体13の外皮体2内には、複数のコアパネル体3,3が、パネル構造体13の板厚方向と直交する方向、具体的には、パネル構造体13の長手方向または幅方向に一定の間隙Tを隔てて配列されている(図示した例では幅方向(横方向)に間隙Tを隔てて配列されている。)。

Claims (12)
- 高強度コンクリートからなる外皮体と、
前記外皮体内に包埋されたコアパネル体とを備え、
前記コアパネル体が、その板厚方向に一定の間隔をもって相対向して配置された一対の補強板と、前記両補強板間に配設された樹脂発泡体とからなり、
前記両補強板は、連結具により互いに連結されているパネル構造体。 - 前記高強度コンクリートは、繊維補強軽量コンクリートである請求項1記載のパネル構造体。
- 前記樹脂発泡体は、難燃性合成樹脂発泡体である請求項1または2記載のパネル構造体。
- 前記難燃性合成樹脂発泡体は、フェノールフォームである請求項3記載のパネル構造体。
- 前記補強板は、金属板である請求項1~4の何れか1項に記載のパネル構造体。
- 前記補強板は、亜鉛メッキ鋼板である請求項5記載のパネル構造体。
- 前記外皮体内には、複数の前記コアパネル体が、前記パネル構造体の板厚方向に一定の間隙を隔てて配設されている請求項1~6の何れか1項に記載のパネル構造体。
- 相隣接する前記コアパネル体の間には、繊維補強発泡セラミック体が配設されている請求項7記載のパネル構造体。
- 前記複数のコアパネル体は、連結具により互いに連結されている請求項7または8記載のパネル構造体。
- 前記外皮体内には、複数の前記コアパネル体が、前記パネル構造体の板厚方向と直交する方向に一定の間隙を隔てて配列され、
かつ、相隣接する前記コアパネル体の間には、外皮体を構成する高強度コンクリートと同一の素材からなるリブ部が形成されている請求項1~9の何れか1項に記載のパネル構造体。 - 建築物の壁材として使用される請求項1~10の何れか1項に記載のパネル構造体。
