Description

The present invention relates to an accommodation management system that manages advance reservation status of each room in an accommodation facility based on a reservation request signal received via the Internet.

For example, it has been generally known that there are many regions around the world that are sluggish in attracting tourists, even though they have plenty of unique charm. Especially in areas adjacent to famous tourist cities, there is a high possibility that guests will be lost to those famous tourist cities, and it is necessary to take the risk of constructing new accommodation facilities to revitalize the area. The current situation is that it is not possible to make such investments.

In order to deal with this, for example, as disclosed in Patent Document 1, a method has been considered to make it easier for travelers to visit those areas by using accommodation facilities that already exist in those areas. It will be done. In other words, you become the virtual owner of a room by entering into a contract with the owner of an accommodation facility that already exists in the area, and when a guest stays in a room that you virtually own, you receive a portion of the accommodation fee. The mechanism is such that the virtual owner receives the money. By creating a system like this, even if the virtual owner lives far from the area, it is possible to increase the ability to attract customers by promoting the area where the accommodation facility is located.

Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 8-280200

However, although the above-mentioned system may contribute to the revitalization of the area where the accommodation facility is located, the problem of increased investment remains if the occupancy rate does not increase.

Furthermore, in recent years, reservations for rooms at accommodation facilities are almost always made via the Internet, and it is difficult to understand how the virtual owner of the accommodation facility described above actually processes the reservation request signal received via the Internet. Patent Document 1 does not mention anything about whether to do so.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and its purpose is to contribute to the development of the area where the accommodation facility is located, and to make it possible for all the people who virtually own rooms in the accommodation facility to The objective is to provide an accommodation management system that can provide many benefits.

To achieve the above object, the present invention provides that upon receiving a reservation request signal, the reservation is transferred to the virtual ownership of one of the virtual owners of the accommodation facility based on certain conditions. The present invention is characterized in that the system is configured to perform distribution processing on the assumption that a room has been booked.

Specifically, the following solutions were developed for an accommodation management system that manages the advance reservation status of each room in an accommodation facility based on reservation request signals received via the Internet.

That is, in the first invention, when the number of rooms that can be provided in a period of days P in the advance reservation of the accommodation facility is N, a virtual owner of the room enters into a contract with the main owner of the accommodation facility. The main owner of the above accommodation facility provides the contract room owners X1, X2, ..., Xn virtually, and the reservation is made using the information processing terminal owned by each of the contract room owners. a provided room number storage unit that stores the number of provided rooms Y1, Y2, ..., Yn (N≧Y1+...+Yn) of the provided rooms that can receive the provided rooms; ..., a number of reserved rooms calculating section that calculates the number of reservations Z1, Z2, ..., Zn in order from the first day of the period of days P, and a setting in which the number of reserved rooms that are virtually owned is predetermined. Either there is a contracted room owner H whose value is equal to or higher than the value G, or a state where a reservation request signal for the accommodation facility is directly received without going through the information processing terminal of each of the contracted room owners. an allocation start determination unit that determines whether or not the room allocation start state A is in effect; and when the allocation start determination unit determines that the room allocation start state A is in the room allocation start state A, the number of reserved rooms calculation unit calculates If there is one contracted room owner with the minimum number of reservations Z1, Z2, ..., Zn, there is a reservation in a room virtually owned by the contracted room owner. As a result, the reservations owned by the contracted room owner H or the reservations directly received at the accommodation facility are distributed, and the number of reservations Z1, Z2, . ..., If there are two or more contract room owners with the minimum number of reservations among Zn, reservations will be made to rooms virtually owned by contract room owners selected in a predetermined priority order. The reservation owned by the contracted room owner H or the reservation directly received at the accommodation facility will be distributed, and the distribution start determination unit will set the room distribution start state A. The present invention is characterized by comprising a reservation distribution processing section configured not to perform reservation distribution processing when it is determined that the reservation is not distributed.

In a second invention, in the first invention, the allocation start determination unit is configured to determine whether or not the room allocation start state A is reached when a period of days P has elapsed. It is characterized by

In a third invention, in the first or second invention, when the reservation distribution processing unit directly receives the reservation request signal for the accommodation facility, the In the state, the reservation distribution processing is not performed.

A fourth invention is characterized in that in any one of the first to third inventions, the set value G is set to an occupancy rate desired by each of the contracted room owners.

In a fifth invention, in any one of the first to fourth inventions, the provided room number storage unit stores some of the provided rooms Y1, Y2, ..., Yn for busy days. After determining whether or not the room distribution start state A is set, the distribution start determination unit further determines the number of reservations for the busy day room R of the virtually owned rooms. The reservation allocation processing unit determines whether or not the room allocation start state B exists in which there is a contracted room owner H' for whom G' is equal to or higher than a predetermined set value G', and the reservation allocation processing unit determines whether or not the room allocation start state A state in which the busy day room R has the lowest number of reservations among the number of reservations Z1, Z2, . If there is only one contracted room owner, it is assumed that there is a reservation for the busy day room R virtually owned by the contracted room owner, and the reservation is made for the busy day room R owned by the contracted room owner H'. While processing reservations or directly allocating reservations for rooms R on busy days received at the above accommodation facility, among the number of reservations Z1, Z2, ..., Zn calculated by the number of reserved rooms calculation section, If there are two or more contract room owners with the minimum number of reservations for the busy day room R, the busy day room is virtually owned by the contract room owners selected in a predetermined priority order. Assuming that R has a reservation, the reservation for the busy day room R owned by the above-mentioned contracted room owner H' is processed, or the reservation for the busy day room R directly received at the above accommodation facility is processed. The present invention is characterized in that, when the distribution start determination unit determines that the room distribution start state B is not established, the reservation processing for the busy day room R is not performed.

In a sixth invention, in any one of the first to fifth inventions, when the reservation distribution processing unit performs reservation distribution processing, the side to which reservations are distributed among the contracted room owners. The present invention is characterized by comprising a reservation distribution notification unit that notifies at least one of the information processing terminal of the owner of the book and the owner of the distribution side that the reservation distribution process has been performed.

In the first invention, the owner of the accommodation facility can increase his ability to attract customers not only by his own efforts to attract customers, but also by the efforts of each contracted room owner to attract customers, thereby increasing the occupancy rate of the accommodation facility. At the same time, it is possible to contribute to regional development. In addition, each contracted room owner can promote the area even if they are far from the area where the accommodation facility is located, and by receiving reservations on their own information processing terminal, they can virtually own the property at the accommodation facility. You can increase the occupancy rate of the room. Therefore, it is possible to contribute to the development of the area where the accommodation facility is located, and to earn profits through the efforts of each contracted room owner. Even if the occupancy rate of a virtually owned room is poor, the reservations will be distributed to the owner who has the most reservations, so the occupancy rate of a virtually owned room will not be extremely poor. be able to. For example, if the reservation limit for a room virtually owned by one of the contract room owners reaches the set value and additional reservations are received, the reservation limit for a room virtually owned by one of the contract room owners may be reserved. By making a contract to receive a portion of the sales of the room instead of dividing it, it becomes possible to increase the occupancy rate of the entire accommodation facility while pursuing profit for each contracted room owner. On the other hand, by distributing reservations directly to accommodation facilities as if they were reserved to rooms virtually owned by each contract room owner, the risk of each contract room owner's investment in the accommodation facility is reduced. can be minimized. In this way, everyone who virtually owns a room in the accommodation facility can gain a lot of benefits, and the risk to their investment can be minimized.

In the second invention, compared to a system that distributes reservations each time a reservation is received, the processing of the system is simpler, so the load placed on the system can be reduced.

In the third invention, for example, in a case where not all of the available rooms N are provided to the contracted room owner, it is possible to prevent the profit of the owner of the accommodation facility from becoming too small. It is possible to pursue the interests of not only each contracted room owner but also the main owner.

In the fourth invention, if the set value G is set to an occupancy rate that is considered to be profitable, the contracted room owner who distributes reservations will also be able to earn a profit, while also being able to distribute reservations. The contract room owners on the other side will also be able to increase their profits as the number of reservations increases. Therefore, both the allotted party and the allotted party can pursue profits.

In the fifth invention, reservations for busy days when profits are likely to be made are distributed evenly to each contract room owner, so that all contract room owners can pursue profits.

In the sixth invention, each contract room owner can change the management policy such as changing the price of the room in real time while watching the notification from the reservation allocation notification section, so that each contract room owner can make profit. Efforts to pursue this will become easier.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail based on the drawings. It should be noted that the following description of preferred embodiments is essentially only an example.

《Embodiment 1 of the invention》
FIG. 1 shows a business model 10 using an accommodation management system 1 according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention. Business model 10 was conceived with the aim of revitalizing attractive regions scattered around the world while minimizing investment risk. In the case of Figure 1, business model 10 The owner of each existing accommodation facility 2 enters into a contract to virtually own a room in the accommodation facility 2 owned by another owner, and, for example, the owner of each accommodation facility 2 that exists enters into a contract to virtually own a room in the accommodation facility 2 owned by another owner. On the other hand, it attempts to increase the occupancy rate of the virtually owned accommodation facility 2 by promoting the accommodation facility 2 in which the room is virtually owned and the area in which the accommodation facility 2 is located.

In addition, below, the accommodation facility 2 existing in area R1 is referred to as a guest house 2A, the accommodation facility 2 existing in area R2 is referred to as a business hotel 2B, the accommodation facility 2 existing in area R3 is referred to as an inn 2C, and the accommodation facility 2 existing in area R4 is referred to as an inn 2C. The accommodation facility 2 will be explained as a pension 2D.

In addition, in order to implement the above-mentioned business model 10 using the accommodation management system 1, the owner of the guest house 2A, the manager X1 (contract room owner) of the business hotel 2B, the manager X2 (contract room owner) of the inn 2C, Owner) and manager X3 (contracted room owner) of Pension 2D, respectively, and provide the number of reservation slots for guest house 2A rooms based on the contract respectively, and provide managers X1 to X3 with guest house 2A. Become the owner of a virtual room in . If there is an overnight stay in a virtual room owned by each of the managers X1 to X3, the principal owner of Guest House 2A will contact the managers X1 to X3 who own the virtual room in which the guest house 2A has stayed. A portion of the sales will be paid based on the contract. For example, the manager of business hotel 2B, X1, receives a monthly reservation limit (for example, 10 rooms) for guest house 2A's rooms from the owner of guest house 2A in exchange for a predetermined amount (for example, 150,000 yen), and By setting the price per night to an amount greater than the above predetermined amount divided by the number of reservation slots (for example, 30,000 yen), the number of reservations for the predetermined number of reservation slots (for example, 5 rooms) can be set. The sales amount can be paid to (the owner of) the guest house 2A until the number of quotas is reached, and when the amount exceeds a predetermined number of quotas, the sales amount can be paid to (the manager of) the business hotel 2B. This allows the guest house owner to increase the occupancy rate of the rooms, while the virtual owner of the guest house can send guests through self-help efforts and earn profits based on pricing and number of reservations. can.

The guest house 2A is equipped with an information processing terminal 3 connected to the Internet. Further, the business hotel 2B, the inn 2C, and the pension 2D each own an information processing terminal 4, an information processing terminal 5, and an information processing terminal 6.

The accommodation management system 1 is incorporated into the information processing terminals 3 to 6. The accommodation management system 1 manages the advance reservation status of each room in the guest house 2A based on reservation request signals C1 to C4 received via the Internet. In the case of the first embodiment of the present invention, the reservation request signal C1 is a signal received directly from the guest V1 by the information processing terminal 3 of the guest house 2A, and the reservation request signal C2 is a signal received by the information processing terminal 3 of the business hotel 2B. 4 is a signal received from the guest V2 and sent from the information processing terminal 4 to the information processing terminal 3 of the guest house 2A, and a reservation request signal C3 is a signal received by the information processing terminal 5 of the inn 2C from the guest V3 and sent from the information processing terminal 4 to the information processing terminal 3 of the guest house 2A. The reservation request signal C4 is received by the information processing terminal 6 of the pension 2D from the guest V4, and is also sent from the information processing terminal 6 to the information processing terminal 3 of the guest house 2A. signal.

As shown in FIG. 2, the accommodation management system 1 includes a number of provided rooms storage section 1a, a number of reserved rooms calculation section 1b, a distribution start determination section 1c, a reservation distribution processing section 1d, and a reservation distribution notification section 1e. ing.

The storage unit 1a for the number of rooms provided stores information about the number of rooms that can be provided in a period of days P in the advance reservation of the guest house 2A, and the manager X1 of the business hotel 2B, the manager X2 of the inn 2C, and the manager X2 of the pension 2D. The number of rooms Y1, Y2, and Y3 (N=Y1+Y2+Y3) that the owner of the guest house 2A virtually provides for X3 based on the contract is stored.

The number of reserved rooms calculation unit 1b calculates the number of reservations Z1, Z2, and Z3 for each number of provided rooms Y1, Y2, and Y3 in order from the first day of a period of number of days P, or at a predetermined timing of a period of number of days P, respectively. It looks like this.

When the allocation start determination unit 1c receives reservation request signals C1 to C4 for the guest house 2A after a predetermined period of time has elapsed, it determines whether or not a predetermined room allocation start state A is reached. .

One of the room allocation start states A in Embodiment 1 of the present invention is that the information processing terminals 4 to 6 of the manager X1 of the business hotel 2B, the manager X2 of the inn 2C, and the manager X3 of the pension 2D and receives the reservation request signals C2 to C4 for the guest house 2A, and all the rooms virtually owned by the managers X1 to X3 who own the information processing terminals 4 to 6 through which the reservation request signals C2 to C4 passed are occupied. state. In other words, there is one of the managers X1 to X3 (referred to as contracted room owner H) whose reservations for the rooms he virtually owns are all booked.

Another state of the room allocation start state A in the first embodiment of the present invention is the information processing terminals 4 to 6 of the manager X1 of the business hotel 2B, the manager X2 of the inn 2C, and the manager X3 of the pension 2D. This is a state in which the reservation request signal C1 for the guest house 2A is received directly via the Internet without going through.

When the reservation distribution processing section 1d determines that the distribution start state A is in the room distribution start state A, the reservation distribution processing section 1d first selects the lowest number of reservations among the number of reservations Z1 to Z3 calculated by the number of reserved rooms calculation section 1b. It is determined whether there are one or two managers X1 to X3 in a certain state. If there is one manager X1 to X3 who has the minimum number of reservations among the number of reservations Z1 to Z3, the room virtually owned by that manager is assumed to have a reservation and is virtually owned. The reservations owned by one of the managers X1 to X3 whose room reservations have all been filled are sorted out.

In the above case, the managers X1 to X3 who own the information processing terminals 4 to 6 through which the reservation request signals C2 to C4 have passed are given information determined by the contract in advance from the managers X1 to X3 to whom the reservations have been allocated. By having each manager receive a commission, the profits enjoyed by each of the managers X1 to X3 are balanced.

On the other hand, if there are two managers X1 to X3 who have the lowest number of reservations among the number of reservations Z1, Z2, and Z3, the property is virtually owned by a manager selected in a predetermined priority order. Assuming that the rooms are reserved, the reservations owned by one of the managers X1 to X3 whose reservations for the virtually owned rooms are all filled are processed. For example, the order of priority is set in advance, such as the order in which the manager who concluded a contract with the owner of the guest house 2A first, or the manager who previously distributed reservations in different periods are given priority.

On the other hand, the reservation distribution processing section 1d is configured not to perform the reservation distribution process when the distribution start determination section 1c determines that the room distribution start state A is not established. That is, although the reservation request signals C2 to C4 for the guest house 2A were received via the information processing terminals 4 to 6 of the manager X1 of the business hotel 2B, the manager X2 of the inn 2C, and the manager X3 of the pension 2D, the manager If all the rooms virtually owned by the managers X1 to X3 are not yet occupied, it is assumed that the rooms virtually owned by the respective managers X1 to X3 have been reserved.

When the reservation distribution processing unit 1d performs the reservation distribution processing, the reservation distribution notification unit 1e informs both the business owner to whom the reservation is distributed and the business owner to whom the reservation is distributed among the business owners X1 to X3. The information processing terminal will be notified that the reservation distribution process has been performed.

Next, the operation of the accommodation management system 1 will be described in detail.

As shown in FIG. 3, first, in step S1, when the information processing terminal 3 in the guest house 2A receives a reservation request signal, the process proceeds to step S2. Determine whether or not.

When the determination in step S2 is YES, that is, the information processing terminal 3 makes a reservation for the guest house 2A directly via the Internet without going through the information processing terminals 4 to 6 of the business hotel 2B, inn 2C, and pension 2D. When the request signal C1 is received, the process proceeds to step S3, and it is checked whether there is one manager X1 to X3 with the lowest number of reservations among the number of reservations Z1, Z2, and Z3 calculated by the number of reserved rooms calculation unit 1b. Alternatively, it is determined whether there are two or more people.

On the other hand, when the determination in step S2 is NO, that is, the information processing terminal 3 receives reservation request signals C2 to C4 for the guest house 2A via the information processing terminals 4 to 6 of the business hotel 2B, inn 2C, and pension 2D. If so, the process advances to step S4.

When the determination in step S3 is YES, that is, when there is one manager X1 to X3 who has the minimum number of reservations among the number of reservations Z1, Z2, and Z3, the process proceeds to step S5 and the minimum number of reservations is determined. It is assumed that reservations have been made for virtual rooms owned by managers X1 to X3 in a certain state, and the reservations are distributed and the process ends.

On the other hand, if the determination in step S3 is NO, that is, if two or more managers X1 to X3 have the lowest number of reservations among the number of reservations Z1, Z2, and Z3, the process advances to step S6.

In this step S6, the reservation is distributed to a room virtually owned by a manager selected from among the managers X1 to X3 in a predetermined priority order, and the reservation is distributed, and the process ends.

In step S4, it is determined whether all the rooms virtually owned by the managers X1 to X3 who own the information processing terminals 4 to 6 through which the reservation request signals C2 to C4 have passed are occupied.

When the determination in step S4 is YES, the process advances to step S3.

On the other hand, if the determination in step S4 is NO, the process proceeds to step S7 and the reservation distribution process is not performed, and the management personnel X1 to X3 who own the information processing terminals 4 to 6 through which the reservation request signals C2 to C4 have passed The process ends assuming that the virtual room has been reserved.

As described above, according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention, the owner of the guest house 2A not only makes efforts to attract customers himself, but also through the efforts of the managers X1 to X3 of the business hotel 2B, inn 2C, and pension 2D to attract customers. Since the power can be increased, the occupancy rate of the guest house 2A can be increased, and it is also possible to contribute to the development of the area where the guest house 2A is located.

In addition, each of the managers X1 to X3 of the business hotel 2B, inn 2C, and pension 2D promotes the area even if it is far from the area where the guest house 2A is located, and also uses the information processing terminals 4 to 6 that they own. For example, by receiving reservations using the company's homepage or the like, it is possible to increase the occupancy rate of the virtually owned rooms in the guest house 2A. For example, the manager X1 of a business hotel 2B located in the city center can set up an introduction page and a reservation page for the guest house 2A on his company's homepage, so that guest users can access the guest house 2A through the homepage of the business hotel 2B. While it is possible to make one-stop reservations along with business hotel 2B reservations, business hotel 2B can also provide a lineup of high-quality accommodations located in remote areas, such as guest house 2A, and increase customer loyalty. You can improve your company's branding. In this way, the guest house 2A can contribute to the development of the area where it is located, and the managers X1 to X3 of the business hotel 2B, inn 2C, and pension 2D can profit from their own efforts. Even if the occupancy rate of a virtually owned room is low, the reservation will be allocated to one of the managers X1 to X3 who have a large number of reservations or the owner of Guest House 2A, so the virtual It is possible to avoid situations where the occupancy rate of rooms owned by the company becomes extremely poor. For example, if one of the managers X1 to X3 of Business Hotel 2B, Inn 2C, and Pension 2D fills up all the reservation slots for rooms that they virtually own and receives further reservations, the other managers If a contract is established in which reservations are distributed to rooms virtually owned by X1 to X3 and a portion of the sales of those rooms is received, the occupancy rate of Guest House 2A as a whole can be increased, while the profits for each manager of X1 to X3 can be increased. will be able to pursue.

On the other hand, by distributing reservations made directly to guest house 2A to rooms virtually owned by each manager X1 to X3 in order, The risk of investing in 2A can be minimized.

In this way, all the managers X1 to X3 who virtually own the rooms of the guest house 2A can gain a lot of profits, and the risks to their investments can be minimized.

In addition, managers X1 to X3 will be able to change management policies such as changing room prices in real time while viewing notifications from the reservation allocation notification unit 1e, so managers X1 to X3 can pursue profits. Efforts to achieve this goal will become easier.

In Embodiment 1 of the present invention, when the reservation distribution processing section 1d performs reservation distribution processing, the reservation distribution notification section 1e sends a message to one of the managers X1 to X3 to whom the reservation has been distributed. Notification that the reservation distribution process has been carried out is sent to the information processing terminals of both the operator and the manager on the distribution side, but it is not necessary to notify both information processing terminals; A system that notifies an information processing terminal may also be used.

Further, in the first embodiment of the present invention, the information processing terminals owned by the owners or managers X1 to X3 of the guest house 2A, business hotel 2B, inn 2C, and pension 2D receive a reservation request signal via the Internet. Although it is stated that reservations are accepted at Guest House 2A, Business Hotel 2B, and other accommodation reservation platforms that are intended to be used by reservation agents, intermediaries, and multiple accommodation facilities, third-party information processing terminals are The reservation request signal may be received for the owners or managers of the inn 2C and pension 2D. In this case, each of the owners or managers X1 to X3 of the guest house 2A, business hotel 2B, inn 2C, and pension 2D can check the reservation status from their own information processing terminal to the third party's information processing terminal, or Notifications related to reservations can be received from the information processing terminal of the user.

《Embodiment 2 of the invention》
FIG. 4 is a block diagram and a flowchart showing the operation of the accommodation management system 1 according to the second embodiment of the present invention. Embodiment 2 differs from Embodiment 1 except for the reservation processing method, and is otherwise the same as Embodiment 1. Therefore, only the differences from Embodiment 1 will be described below.

The storage unit 1a for the number of rooms to be provided in the second embodiment stores, when the number of rooms that can be provided in a period of days P in the advance reservation of the guest house 2A is N, the manager X1 of the business hotel 2B, the manager X2 of the inn 2C, and the pension The number of rooms Y1, Y2, and Y3 (N≧Y1+Y2+Y3) that the owner of the guest house 2A virtually provides to the manager X3 of the guest house 2A according to a contract is stored.

Further, the provided room number storage unit 1a of the second embodiment is configured to be able to set some of the provided rooms Y1, Y2, and Y3 as rooms R for busy days. For example, when Y1=10 rooms, two of the ten rooms can be set as rooms R for busy days.

The allocation start determination unit 1c of the second embodiment does not perform the determination process every time it receives reservation request signals C1 to C4 for the guest house 2A, but determines the room allocation start state A when a period of days P has elapsed. It is designed to determine whether or not.

Note that in the room allocation start state A in the second embodiment of the present invention, the number of reserved rooms virtually owned by one of the managers X1 to X3 is equal to or greater than a predetermined setting value G. The operating rate desired by the managers X1 to X3 is set to the set value G, respectively.

Further, after determining whether or not the room allocation start state A is reached, the allocation start determination unit 1c of the second embodiment further determines in advance the number of reservations for the busy day rooms R of the virtually owned rooms. It is determined whether or not the room allocation start state B exists where there are managers X1 to X3 (hereinafter referred to as contracted room owners H') who have exceeded the set value G'.

When the reservation distribution processing unit 1d of the second embodiment receives the reservation request signal C1 directly from the guest house 2A, if N-(Y1+...+Yn)>0, the reservation distribution processing unit 1d distributes the reservation. It is configured so that no processing is performed. In other words, if all of the available rooms N have not been provided to the managers X1 to X3, the reservations will not be distributed even if the guest house 2A receives the reservation request signal C1 directly. By doing so, it is possible to prevent the profits of the owner of Guest House 2A from becoming too small, and it is possible to pursue the profits of not only the managers X1 to X3 but also the owners of Guest House 2A. It has become.

Further, when the reservation distribution processing section 1d of the second embodiment determines that the distribution start determination section 1c is in the room distribution start state B, the reservation distribution processing section 1d of the second embodiment calculates the number of reservations Z1 to Z3 calculated by the reservation room number calculation section 1b. It is determined whether there is one manager X1 to X3 or two or more managers in a state where the busy day room R has the minimum number of reservations. If there is only one manager X1 to X3 whose busy daily use room R has the minimum number of reservations among the number of reservations Z1 to Z3, a reservation is made to the busy daily use room R that that manager virtually owns. Assuming that there is a contract room owner H', reservations for the busy day room R are distributed.

On the other hand, if there are two managers X1 to X3 whose number of reservations Z1 to Z3 is the minimum number of reservations for the busy daily room R, the managers selected in a predetermined priority order will be virtual managers. Assuming that there is a reservation for the busy day room R owned by the contracted room owner H', the reservations for the busy day room R owned by the contracted room owner H' are distributed.

Furthermore, the reservation distribution processing unit 1d of the second embodiment is configured not to perform the distribution process of the reservation for the busy day room R when the distribution start determination unit 1c determines that the room distribution start state B is not established. ing.

Next, the operation of the accommodation management system 1 in the second embodiment will be described in detail.

As shown in FIG. 4, first, in step S1, when the number of days P has passed since the accommodation management system 1 started operating, the process proceeds to step S2, where the information processing terminal 3 directly receives a reservation request signal via the Internet. Determine whether or not.

When the determination in step S2 is NO, that is, the information processing terminal 3 makes a reservation for the guest house 2A directly via the Internet without going through the information processing terminals 4 to 6 of the business hotel 2B, inn 2C, and pension 2D. If the request signal C1 has not been received, the process advances to step S4, and there are managers X1 to X3 for whom the number of reservations Z1, Z2, Z3 calculated by the number of reserved rooms calculation unit 1b is equal to or greater than a predetermined set value G. Determine whether or not.

When the determination in step S4 is YES, the process proceeds to step S5, where the number of reservations for the busy day room R among the reservation numbers Z1, Z2, and Z3 calculated by the reservation room number calculation unit 1b is greater than or equal to the predetermined setting value G'. It is determined whether or not there are managers X1 to X3 who have become

When the determination in step S5 is YES, the process proceeds to step S8, where managers X1 to X3 are in a state where the lowest number of reservations for busy day rooms R is among the number of reservations Z1, Z2, and Z3 calculated by the number of reserved rooms calculation unit 1b. It is determined whether there is one person or two or more people.

If the determination in step S8 is YES, that is, if there is only one manager X1 to X3 who has the lowest number of reservations among the number of reservations Z1, Z2, and Z3, the process proceeds to step S12, and a room for busy days is reserved. After the reservation is distributed to the virtual busy day room R owned by the managers X1 to X3 whose number of reservations is the minimum number of reservations for R, the process returns to step S4.

On the other hand, if the determination in step S8 is NO, that is, if there are two managers X1 to X3 who have the lowest number of reservations among the number of reservations Z1, Z2, and Z3, the process advances to step S13, and the manager After the reservation is distributed to the busy day room R virtually owned by the manager selected from among X1 to X3 in a predetermined priority order, the process returns to step S4.

Further, if the determination in step S5 is NO, that is, if there are no managers X1 to X3 whose number of reservations for busy day rooms R exceeds a predetermined set value G', the process proceeds to step S10; It is determined whether there is one or two managers X1 to X3 who have the lowest number of reservations among the number of reservations Z1, Z2, and Z3 calculated by the number of reserved rooms calculation unit 1b.

When the determination in step S10 is YES, that is, when there is only one manager X1 to X3 who has the lowest number of reservations among the number of reservations Z1, Z2, and Z3, the process advances to step S14 and the number of reservations is the lowest. After the reservations are allocated to virtual rooms owned by managers X1 to X3 in a certain state, the process returns to step S4.

On the other hand, when the determination in step S10 is NO, that is, when there are two managers X1 to X3 who have the lowest number of reservations among the number of reservations Z1, Z2, and Z3, the process proceeds to step S15. After the reservation is distributed to a room virtually owned by a manager selected from among X1 to X3 in a predetermined priority order, the process returns to step S4.

In step S4, if it is determined that there are no managers X1 to X3 for whom the number of reservations Z1, Z2, Z3 calculated by the number of reserved rooms calculation unit 1b is equal to or greater than a predetermined set value G, the process proceeds to step S6. , out of the number of reservations Z1, Z2, and Z3 calculated by the number of reserved rooms calculation unit 1b, whether there are any managers X1 to X3 whose number of reservations for rooms R for busy days exceeds a predetermined set value G'. Determine.

When the determination in step S6 is YES, the process proceeds to step S9, and managers X1 to X3 in a state where the lowest number of reservations for busy day rooms R among the number of reservations Z1, Z2, and Z3 calculated by the number of reserved rooms calculation unit 1b are selected. It is determined whether there are one person or two people.

If the determination in step S9 is YES, the process proceeds to step S12 and then returns to step S4. If the determination in step S9 is NO, the process proceeds to step S13 and then returns to step S4. Processing is done.

On the other hand, when the determination in step S6 is NO, that is, the number of reservations for the busy day room R among the number of reservations Z1, Z2, and Z3 calculated by the number of reserved rooms calculating section 1b is greater than or equal to the predetermined setting value G'. If there are no new managers X1 to X3, the processing of the lodging management system 1 ends.

If the determination in step S2 is NO, that is, during the period of days P, the information processing terminal 3 directly accesses the Internet without going through the information processing terminals 4 to 6 of the business hotel 2B, inn 2C, and pension 2D. If the reservation request signal C1 for guest house 2A is received through It is determined whether all of the number N of rooms are provided to managers X1 to X3.

When the determination in step S3 is YES, that is, when the managers X1 to X3 have not been provided with all of the number of rooms N that can be provided during the period of number P, the process proceeds to step S11, and the process of distributing reservations is performed. The processing of the accommodation management system 1 is ended without performing the above steps.

On the other hand, when the determination in step S3 is NO, that is, when all of the number N of rooms that can be provided during the period of days P have been provided to the managers X1 to X3, the process proceeds to step S7, and the received reservation request is It is determined whether the signal C1 indicates a reservation for a busy day.

When the determination in step S7 is YES, that is, when the received reservation request signal C1 is a reservation for a busy day, the process proceeds to step S8, and the reservation for the room R for busy days is distributed to the managers X1 to X3. do.

On the other hand, when the determination in step S7 is NO, that is, when the received reservation request signal C1 is not a reservation for a busy day, the process proceeds to step S10, and reservations other than the busy day room R are distributed to managers X1 to X3. do it like this.

As described above, according to the second embodiment of the present invention, the distribution start determination unit 1c determines whether or not the room distribution start state A is reached for the first time after the period of days P has elapsed. Compared to a system that allocates reservations each time a reservation is received, system processing is simpler, and the load placed on the system can be reduced.

In addition, if all of the available rooms N are not provided to managers X1 to It is possible to pursue not only the interests of X1 to X3 but also the interests of the book owner.

In addition, since the setting value G that determines whether or not to distribute reservations is set to the operating rate that is considered to be profitable, the managers X1 to X3 who distribute reservations will also be able to earn profits. Managers X1 to X3, who are on the receiving end of the allocation, will also see an increase in profits as the number of reservations increases. Therefore, both the allotted party and the allotted party can pursue profits.

Furthermore, if the reservation request signals C1 to C4 received at each accommodation facility are for busy days when profits are likely to be made, the reservations will be distributed evenly to managers X1 to X3. It is possible to pursue the interests of all managers X1 to X3 while minimizing the sense of unfairness among managers X1 to X3.

In the first and second embodiments of the present invention, the accommodation management system 1 is installed in the information processing terminal 3 of the guest house 2A, but the accommodation management system 1 may be installed in the information processing terminal 4 of the business hotel 2B, for example. Then, the owner of business hotel 2B concludes a contract with the managers of guest house 2A, inn 2C, and pension 2D, and provides each manager with a reservation slot for a room in business hotel 2B. It is also possible to revitalize the area where it is located.

Further, in the first and second embodiments of the present invention, the owner of the guest house 2A virtually provides rooms to the managers X1 to X3 of three accommodation facilities 2: a business hotel 2B, an inn 2C, and a pension 2D. However, rooms may be provided virtually to a larger number of business owners.

Furthermore, in Embodiments 1 and 2 of the present invention, the owner of the guesthouse 2A virtually provides a room to the manager of another accommodation facility 2, but the person to whom the room is virtually provided is the accommodation facility. It doesn't have to be the manager of item 2. For example, it may be a person or organization that can attract potential guest users through its own homepage, such as a celebrity such as a celebrity, actor, or singer, or a famous company.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICATION This invention is suitable for the accommodation management system which manages the advance reservation status of each room in an accommodation facility based on the reservation request signal received via the Internet.
