Claims (7)
- 基板対基板コネクタ用プラグコネクタであって、
第1方向に沿って延び、互いに対向する一対の第1側壁および前記第1方向を横切る第2方向に沿って延び、互いに対向する一対の第2側壁を含むコネクタ本体と、
前記プラグコネクタにオーバーモールドされる一対のフィッティングネイルと、
前記一対の第2側壁にオーバーモールドされる複数のプラグ端子とを含み、
前記一対のフィッティングネイルのそれぞれは、
前記第1側壁の上端と接する上面部と、
前記第1側壁の外側面の少なくとも一部と接するように、前記上面部から下側に湾曲した中央補強部と、
前記一対の第2側壁それぞれの外側面の少なくとも一部と接するように、前記上面部から延びて下側に湾曲した一対の側部補強部と、
前記中央補強部の左右両端で湾曲し、前記一対の側部補強部の内側に離隔して第2方向に延びる一対のアーム部とを含み、
前記中央補強部は、該中央補強部の下端から下側に延び、前記第1側壁の底面の少なくとも一部を包む中央ソルダ部を含み、
前記一対のアーム部は、該アーム部から下側に延び、前記第2側壁の底面の少なくとも一部を包むように外側に湾曲する一対の側部ソルダ部を含み、
前記一対の側部補強部のそれぞれは、下側に延びた第1外側壁端子と、該第1外側壁端子から第2方向に離隔して下側に延びた第2外側壁端子と、該第2外側壁端子から内側に離隔して下側に延びた第1内側壁端子とを含む、プラグコネクタ。 - 前記中央ソルダ部は、前記中央補強部の下端から下側に延び、前記第1側壁の内側面に向かって凸状に湾曲し、前記第1側壁の底面の少なくとも一部を包む、請求項1に記載のプラグコネクタ。
- 前記アーム部の第2方向の長さは、前記側部補強部の第2方向の長さより長い、請求項1に記載のプラグコネクタ。
- 前記一対のフィッティングネイルは、前記一対の側部補強部が外側に露出し、前記一対のアーム部が前記コネクタ本体に埋め込まれて露出せず、一対の側部ソルダ部が下側に露出するように、前記コネクタ本体に埋め込まれ、
前記側部ソルダ部の底面の露出部分と前記側部補強部の露出部分は、前記コネクタ本体を挟んで互いに分離露出し、
前記側部補強部の露出部分は、電気的接触端子を形成する、請求項1に記載のプラグコネクタ。 - 前記一対のフィッティングネイルは、前記第1外側壁端子および第2外側壁端子が外側に露出し、第1内側壁端子が内側に露出し、前記一対のアーム部が前記コネクタ本体に埋め込まれて露出せず、一対の側部ソルダ部が下側に露出するように、前記コネクタ本体に埋め込まれ、
前記側部ソルダ部の底面の露出部分と前記側部補強部の露出部分は、前記コネクタ本体を挟んで互いに分離露出する、請求項1に記載のプラグコネクタ。 - 前記一対のフィッティングネイルは、前記中央ソルダ部の底面の少なくとも一部分が下側に露出し、前記中央ソルダ部の残りの部分は露出しないように、前記コネクタ本体に埋め込まれ、
前記中央ソルダ部の底面の露出部分と前記中央補強部の露出部分は、前記コネクタ本体を挟んで互いに分離露出し、
前記中央補強部の露出部分は、電気的接触端子を形成する、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のプラグコネクタ。 - 請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のプラグコネクタと、
前記プラグコネクタに噛み合うレセプタクルコネクタとを含む、コネクタ組立体。
