Claims (10)
- 並列に配置される第1シリンダ部と第2シリンダ部を有する流体圧シリンダであって、
前記第1シリンダ部は、第1ピストンによって区画されるヘッド側の第1蓄圧室とロッド側の第2蓄圧室を備え、前記第2シリンダ部は、第2ピストンによって区画されるヘッド側の開放室とロッド側の駆動室を備え、前記第1ピストンに連結された第1ピストンロッドの端部と前記第2ピストンに連結された第2ピストンロッドの端部とが相互に連結され、前記第2蓄圧室および前記駆動室に対する圧力流体の給排を行うための単一の給排ポートを備え、前記第1蓄圧室と前記第2蓄圧室の連通状態を切り換える導通切換弁が前記第1ピストンに設けられる流体圧シリンダ。 - 請求項1記載の流体圧シリンダにおいて、
前記開放室を大気に開放する開放ポートが設けられる流体圧シリンダ。 - 請求項1記載の流体圧シリンダにおいて、
前記第2蓄圧室は、前記給排ポートから前記第2蓄圧室に向かう流体の流れを許容し、前記第2蓄圧室から前記給排ポートに向かう流体の流れを阻止するチェック弁が介在された流路を介して前記給排ポートに接続される流体圧シリンダ。 - 請求項1記載の流体圧シリンダにおいて、
前記第1ピストンロッドの端部が挿通するロッドカバーに、前記第2蓄圧室の圧力流体を排出するための排出切換弁が設けられる流体圧シリンダ。 - 請求項4記載の流体圧シリンダにおいて、
前記導通切換弁は、前記ロッドカバーに当接可能な第1プッシュロッドを有し、前記第1プッシュロッドが前記ロッドカバーに当接して押し込まれると前記第1蓄圧室と前記第2蓄圧室の連通が遮断され、前記排出切換弁は、前記第1ピストンに当接可能な第2プッシュロッドを有し、前記第2プッシュロッドが前記第1ピストンに当接して押し込まれると前記第2蓄圧室が前記給排ポートに接続される流体圧シリンダ。 - 請求項5記載の流体圧シリンダにおいて、前記第1プッシュロッドと前記第2プッシュロッドは、前記第1ピストンロッドの軸線方向から見て、該軸線から反対方向に等距離だけ離れた位置に設けられる流体圧シリンダ。
- 請求項1記載の流体圧シリンダにおいて、
前記第1ピストンロッドと前記第2ピストンロッドは、前記第1ピストンロッドの端部が挿通される第1挿通孔および前記第2ピストンロッドの端部が挿通される第2挿通孔を有する連結プレートによって連結され、前記第1挿通孔の内径は前記第1ピストンロッドの外径よりも大きく、前記第2挿通孔の内径は前記第2ピストンロッドの外径よりも大きい流体圧シリンダ。 - 請求項1記載の流体圧シリンダにおいて、
前記給排ポートは配管を介して給排切換弁に接続され、前記給排切換弁は、前記給排ポートを流体供給源に接続する第1位置と前記給排ポートを排出口に接続する第2位置との間で切り換えられる2位置3ポート切換弁として構成される流体圧シリンダ。 - 並列に配置される第1シリンダ部と第2シリンダ部を有する流体圧シリンダであって、
前記第1シリンダ部は、第1ピストンによって区画されるヘッド側の第1蓄圧室とロッド側の第2蓄圧室を備え、前記第2シリンダ部は、第2ピストンによって区画されるヘッド側の開放室とロッド側の駆動室を備え、前記第1ピストンに連結された第1ピストンロッドの端部と前記第2ピストンに連結された第2ピストンロッドの端部とが相互に連結され、前記第1蓄圧室と前記第2蓄圧室の連通状態を切り換える導通切換弁が前記第1ピストンに設けられ、
引き込み工程において、前記第1蓄圧室と前記第2蓄圧室が相互に連通した状態で流体供給源からの圧力流体が前記駆動室および前記第2蓄圧室に供給され、押し出し工程において、前記第1蓄圧室と前記第2蓄圧室が相互に連通した状態で前記駆動室の圧力流体が排出される流体圧シリンダ。 - 請求項9記載の流体圧シリンダにおいて、
前記押し出し工程の終端において、前記第1蓄圧室と前記第2蓄圧室との連通が遮断されるとともに前記第2蓄圧室の圧力流体が排出される流体圧シリンダ。
