Description
Claims (3)
- 光源からの光を照射するランプユニットであって、
前記光源が搭載された回路基板と、
前記回路基板を収容する内部空間を有するハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに取り付けられ、前記光源からの光を前記ハウジングの外部に出射するレンズと、
を備え、
前記ハウジングは、前記レンズが取り付けられた前記ハウジングの外部から前記内部空間に前記回路基板を挿入する挿入穴を有し、
前記回路基板は、前記内部空間において前記ハウジングに係合する係合部を有し、
前記ハウジングは、前記内部空間において前記係合部が引っ掛かる被係合部を有する、
ランプユニット。 - 前記回路基板から延び出す給電用のハーネスと、
前記回路基板及び前記ハーネスが通される孔部を有する筒状のグロメットと、
を備え、
前記グロメットは、前記回路基板が前記内部空間に挿入された状態において前記挿入穴を封止する、
請求項1に記載のランプユニット。 - 光源からの光を照射するランプユニットの製造方法であって、
前記ランプユニットのハウジングに、前記光源からの光を前記ハウジングの外部に出射するレンズを取り付ける工程と、
前記ハウジングに前記レンズを取り付けた後に、前記ハウジングの外部から前記ハウジングに形成された挿入穴を介して前記ハウジングの内部空間に、前記光源が搭載された回路基板を挿入する工程と、
を備え、
前記回路基板は、前記内部空間において前記ハウジングに係合する係合部を有し、
前記ハウジングは、前記内部空間において前記係合部が引っ掛かる被係合部を有する、
ランプユニットの製造方法。
