Claims (6)
- 入射光を受光する受光部を有する第1の半導体基板と、前記受光部からの信号を処理して画像信号を生成する画像処理回路を有する第2の半導体基板と、を備え、
前記第2の半導体基板は、
使用履歴データを格納する領域を有する不揮発性メモリと、
前記不揮発性メモリに使用履歴データが格納されているとき、前記画像信号の出力を制限する制御回路とを有し、
前記制御回路は、
入出力回路と、
電源投入時に前記不揮発性メモリに前記使用履歴データが存在するか否かを判定する判定回路と、
前記不揮発性メモリに前記使用履歴データが存在すると判定された場合に、前記入出力回路における前記画像信号の出力を制限する遮断回路とを有する
固体撮像装置。 - 前記不揮発性メモリは、前記使用履歴データとして、少なくとも撮像日時を格納する
請求項1に記載の固体撮像装置。 - 前記制御回路は、
前記不揮発性メモリに格納された前記使用履歴データを暗号化する暗号化回路を備える、
請求項1または2に記載の固体撮像装置。 - 前記第2の半導体基板は、前記第1の半導体基板と接合された接合面を有し、
前記不揮発性メモリは、前記第2の半導体基板の接合面側に形成されている
請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の固体撮像装置。 - 前記不揮発性メモリは、FeRAM(Ferroelectric Random Access Memory)またはReRAM(Resistive Random Access Memory)である
請求項4に記載の固体撮像装置。 - 請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の固体撮像装置を備える
内視鏡カメラ。
