- エンジン、前記エンジンからの動力を用いて発電可能な第1回転電機、及び、前記第1回転電機との間で交流電圧と直流電圧との変換が可能な第1インバータ、によって構成された発電装置と、
駆動輪を駆動するための駆動力を出力する第2回転電機、及び、前記第2回転電機との間で交流電圧と直流電圧との変換が可能な第2インバータ、によって構成された駆動装置と、
前記発電装置及び前記駆動装置と電力をやりとりする蓄電装置と、
前記駆動装置に対して前記蓄電装置と前記発電装置との電気的な接続を並列接続と直列接続とで切り替える切り替え装置と、
少なくとも前記切り替え装置を制御する制御装置と、

前記制御装置は、車両走行中に、車速と駆動力との組み合わせが所定条件を満たした場合に、前記蓄電装置と前記発電装置とを並列接続から直列接続に切り替えるように前記切り替え装置を制御し、
前記制御装置は、車両走行中で前記エンジン停止時に前記所定条件を満たした場合に、前記蓄電装置と前記発電装置とを並列接続で前記第1回転電機による前記エンジンのクランキングを行って前記エンジンを始動させた後、前記切り替え装置に前記蓄電装置と前記発電装置とを直列接続に切り替えさせる制御を行い、
前記所定条件を満たす場合は、現在の車速及び駆動力が、前記蓄電装置と前記発電装置とを直列接続に切り替えるための判定基準となる車速と駆動力との関係を表した直列切り替え判定ラインを越えた場合であり、
前記直列切り替え判定ラインは、前記エンジンの状態に応じて複数設定されており、
前記制御装置は、エンジン運転時と前記エンジン停止時とで、異なる前記直列切り替え判定ラインを選択し、
前記エンジン停止時に選択する前記直列切り替え判定ラインは、前記エンジン運転時に選択する前記直列切り替え判定ラインよりも、同一車速での駆動力が小さい時点において、前記蓄電装置と前記発電装置とを直列接続に切り替え可能に設定されていることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両。 - 前記制御装置は、前記エンジン停止時において、前記エンジンが所定温度よりも低いエンジン低温時と前記エンジン低温時以外とで、異なる前記直列切り替え判定ラインを選択し、
前記エンジン低温時に選択する前記直列切り替え判定ラインは、前記エンジン低温時以外に選択する前記直列切り替え判定ラインよりも、同一車速での駆動力が小さい時点において、前記蓄電装置と前記発電装置とを直列接続に切り替え可能に設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両。 - エンジン、前記エンジンからの動力を用いて発電可能な第1回転電機、及び、前記第1回転電機との間で交流電圧と直流電圧との変換が可能な第1インバータ、によって構成された発電装置と、
駆動輪を駆動するための駆動力を出力する第2回転電機、及び、前記第2回転電機との間で交流電圧と直流電圧との変換が可能な第2インバータ、によって構成された駆動装置と、
前記発電装置及び前記駆動装置と電力をやりとりする蓄電装置と、
前記駆動装置に対して前記蓄電装置と前記発電装置との電気的な接続を並列接続と直列接続とで切り替える切り替え装置と、
少なくとも前記切り替え装置を制御する制御装置と、
を備えたハイブリッド車両であって、
エンジン停止時に前記蓄電装置と前記発電装置とを並列接続して、前記蓄電装置から前記第1インバータを介して前記第1回転電機に電力を供給し、前記第1回転電機を駆動して前記エンジンのクランキングが可能に構成されており、
前記制御装置は、車両走行中に、車速と駆動力との組み合わせが所定条件を満たした場合に、前記蓄電装置と前記発電装置とを並列接続から直列接続に切り替えるように前記切り替え装置を制御し、
前記制御装置は、車両走行中で前記エンジン停止時に前記所定条件を満たした場合に、前記蓄電装置と前記発電装置とを並列接続で前記第1回転電機による前記エンジンのクランキングを行って前記エンジンを始動させた後、前記切り替え装置に前記蓄電装置と前記発電装置とを直列接続に切り替えさせる制御を行い、
前記所定条件を満たす場合は、所定時間後の車速に対する要求駆動力が、前記蓄電装置と前記発電装置との並列接続時に前記第2回転電機が出力可能な最大駆動力を超える場合であり、
前記所定時間は、前記蓄電装置と前記発電装置との直列接続への切り替えを開始してから、直列接続で前記蓄電装置と前記発電装置とから前記駆動装置に電力が供給可能となるまでの時間を予測した予測時間であり、
前記予測時間は、前記エンジンの状態に応じて複数設定されており、
前記制御装置は、エンジン運転時と前記エンジン停止時とで、異なる前記予測時間を選択し、
前記エンジン停止時に選択する前記予測時間は、前記エンジン運転時に選択する前記予測時間よりも長く設定されていることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両。 - 前記制御装置は、前記エンジン停止時において、前記エンジンが所定温度よりも低いエンジン低温時と前記エンジン低温時以外とで、異なる前記予測時間を選択し、
前記エンジン低温時に選択する前記予測時間は、前記エンジン低温時以外に選択する前記予測時間よりも長いことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のハイブリッド車両。
