Claims (4)
- 並列配置された複数の蒸発管よりなる蒸発管パネルを有するボイラの該蒸発管パネルに洗浄液を通液して該蒸発管パネルを化学洗浄するボイラの化学洗浄方法において、
該蒸発管パネルを赤外線カメラで撮影して得られる該蒸発管パネルの温度分布をモニタリングしながら昇温と洗浄を行うボイラの化学洗浄方法であって、
前記蒸発管パネルの全ての蒸発管を同時にモニタリングし、
前記蒸発管パネルに通液する洗浄液の温度を50℃以上とすることを特徴とするボイラの化学洗浄方法。 - 請求項1において、前記温度分布が所定以上不均一となった場合には、化学洗浄液をボイラ内に循環させるポンプの流量増大を行うか、又はポンプの起動停止もしくはポンプ吐出流量の増減を繰り返す事で流量変化を与えることを特徴とするボイラの化学洗浄方法。
- 請求項1又は2において、前記赤外線カメラがボイラ炉内に設置されており、該赤外線カメラが収納箱内に設置されており、
該収納箱内を冷却手段で冷却することを特徴とするボイラの化学洗浄方法。 - 請求項1~3のいずれか1項において、前記赤外線カメラを複数台設置して前記蒸発管パネルの全ての蒸発管について同時にモニタリングすることを特徴とするボイラの化学洗浄方法。
