Claims (13)
- 移動式付加製造設備(10)であって、前記設備は、前記設備を陸路によって輸送することを可能にする自立式主フレームを備え、
前記設備はさらに、前記自立式主フレームによって支持されて前記自立式主フレームに固定されたパネル(16)によって気密様式で閉鎖された主製造ハウジング(14)を備え、少なくとも1つの主付加製造機(M1)は、前記主製造ハウジングの内部に設置され、前記主付加製造機(M1)は、付加製造用の粉末を堆積してエネルギー源又は熱源を使用して前記粉末の粒子を溶融する付加製造プロセスが内部で実行される少なくとも1つの製造チャンバを含み、

- 前記主不活化装置(26)は、前記製造ハウジング(14)の外部に配置されて前記自立式主フレーム(12)によって支持され、前記補助不活化装置(126)は、前記補助製造ハウジング(114)の外部に配置されて前記自立式補助フレーム(112)によって支持される、請求項4に記載の移動式付加製造設備。
- 前記設備は、前記主製造ハウジング(14)の内部で循環する空気を処理するための主処理装置(42)を備え、前記設備は、前記ハウジング(14、114)のそれぞれの中で循環する空気を処理する前記主処理装置(42)を助けることができる補助処理装置(142)を備え、前記補助処理装置(142)は、前記主処理装置(42)から独立している、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の移動式付加製造設備。
- 前記主処理装置(42)は、前記製造ハウジング(14)の外部に配置されて前記自立式主フレーム(12)によって支持され、前記補助処理装置(142)は、前記補助製造ハウジング(114)の外部に配置されて前記自立式補助フレーム(112)によって支持される、請求項6に記載の移動式付加製造設備。
- 前記設備は、前記主処理装置(42)、前記主不活化装置(26)、及び前記主付加製造機(M1)の電力及び制御回路をまとめた主電気キャビネット(44)を備え、前記設備は、前記補助不活化装置(126)、前記補助処理装置(142)、及び前記補助付加製造機(M2、M3)の電力及び制御回路をまとめた補助電気キャビネット(144)を備え、前記補助電気キャビネット(144)は、前記主電気キャビネット(44)から独立している、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の移動式付加製造設備。
- 前記主電気キャビネット(44)は、前記製造ハウジング(14)の外部に配置されて前記自立式主フレーム(12)によって支持され、前記補助電気キャビネット(144)は、前記補助製造ハウジング(114)の外部に配置されて前記自立式補助フレーム(112)によって支持される、請求項8に記載の移動式付加製造設備。
- 前記設備(10)は、廃水回収用主装置(46)及び廃水回収用補助装置(146)を備え、前記廃水回収用補助装置(146)は、前記廃水回収用主装置(46)から独立している、請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の移動式付加製造設備。
- 前記廃水回収用主装置(46)は、前記主製造ハウジング(14)の外部に配置されて前記自立式主フレーム(12)によって支持され、前記廃水回収用補助装置(146)は、前記補助製造ハウジング(114)の外部に配置されて前記自立式補助フレーム(112)によって支持される、請求項10に記載の移動式付加製造設備。
- 前記移動式設備(10)は、前記主製造ハウジング(14)の容積を拡張するためのモジュール(70)を備え、前記拡張モジュール(70)は、自立式であるが前記自立式主フレーム(12)に固定され、前記拡張モジュール(70)は、前記主製造ハウジング(14)内で前記主付加製造機(M1)の反対側に設けられている、請求項1から11のいずれかに記載の移動式付加製造設備。
- 前記設備(10)は、前記補助製造ハウジング(114)の容積を拡張するための1又は2以上の補助モジュール(170)を備え、前記補助拡張モジュール(170)は自立式であるが前記自立式補助フレーム(112)に固定され、前記補助拡張モジュール(170)は、前記補助製造ハウジング(114)内で前記補助付加製造機(M2、M3)の各々の反対側に設けられている、請求項1から11のいずれかに記載の移動式付加製造設備。
