Claims (7)
- バッテリーのための電圧センシング回路であって、
発光素子を有し、前記バッテリーに電気的に並列で接続される第1サブセンシング回路と、
前記発光素子に光学的に結合する受光素子を有し、前記第1サブセンシング回路から電気的に絶縁される第2サブセンシング回路と、
を含み、
前記発光素子は、前記発光素子の両端にかかった電圧に応じて、光信号を生成するように構成され、
前記第2サブセンシング回路は、前記光信号に応じて、前記バッテリーの両端にかかった電圧のレベルを示す電圧センシング信号を出力するように構成され、
前記バッテリーの両端にかかった電圧が前記バッテリーの過電圧状態を示す第1基準電圧と同じ場合、前記第1基準電圧よりも低い第2基準電圧が前記発光素子の両端に印加され、
前記第2基準電圧が、前記発光素子の閾値電圧より小さく、
前記第1サブセンシング回路は、
前記発光素子に電気的に直列で接続されるダイオードストリングをさらに含み、
前記ダイオードストリングは、少なくとも一つのダイオードを含み、
前記第1基準電圧が前記第1サブセンシング回路の両端に印加される場合、前記第1基準電圧よりも低い第3基準電圧が前記ダイオードストリングの両端に印加され、
前記第3基準電圧は、前記ダイオードストリングの閾値電圧よりも小さく、
前記発光素子の両端に前記第2基準電圧が印加される場合の前記発光素子の抵抗は、前記発光素子の両端に前記発光素子の閾値電圧が印加される場合の前記発光素子の抵抗よりも大きく、
前記ダイオードストリングの両端に前記第3基準電圧が印加される場合の前記ダイオードストリングの抵抗は、前記ダイオードストリングの両端に前記ダイオードストリングの閾値電圧が印加される場合の前記ダイオードストリングの抵抗よりも大きく、
前記第1基準電圧が前記第1サブセンシング回路の両端に印加される場合、前記バッテリーに電気的に並列で接続された周辺回路の等価抵抗と前記第1サブセンシング回路の抵抗との並列合成抵抗は、前記等価抵抗の所定の割合以上である、電圧センシング回路。 - 前記受光素子は、
フォトレジスタ及びフォトトランジスタのうち少なくとも一つを含む、請求項1に記載の電圧センシング回路。 - 前記第2基準電圧が、前記発光素子の両端に印加される場合の前記発光素子の抵抗は、前記閾値電圧が前記発光素子の両端に印加される場合の前記発光素子の抵抗よりも大きい、請求項1又は2に記載の電圧センシング回路。
- 前記第1基準電圧が前記第1サブセンシング回路の両端に印加される場合、前記第2基準電圧と前記発光素子の抵抗との第1割合は、前記第3基準電圧と前記ダイオードストリングの抵抗との第2割合と同一である、請求項1に記載の電圧センシング回路。
- 前記第2サブセンシング回路は、
前記受光素子に電気的に直列で接続される抵抗器と、
前記抵抗器の両端にかかった電圧から前記電圧センシング信号を生成するアナログ-デジタルコンバータと、
をさらに含む、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の電圧センシング回路。 - 請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の前記電圧センシング回路を含む、バッテリーパック。
- 請求項6に記載の前記バッテリーパックを含む、バッテリーシステム。
