Claims (5)
- バッテリモジュールを内蔵したバッテリケースと、
前記バッテリケースからの電力を変換する電装部品と、
前記電装部品を冷却する空気が流通するダクトと、
前記バッテリケース、前記電装部品および前記ダクトを収容するハウジングと、を有する車両用バッテリパックであって、
前記電装部品を、前記ハウジング内の前記バッテリケースの側方に形成される空間内に前記バッテリケースに近接して配置されるように、前記ハウジングに支持するブラケットを備え、
前記ブラケットは、
前記電装部品側から前記バッテリモジュール側へ延在し、該バッテリモジュールの上方で前記バッテリケースの上面に固定されるブラケット上部と、
前記ブラケット上部に連続し、前記電装部品と前記バッテリケースの縦壁との間で、前記バッテリケースの縦壁に沿って延びるブラケット縦壁部と、
前記ブラケット縦壁部に連続し、前記電装部品の下面に対向するブラケット下部と、を有し、
前記ブラケット縦壁部は、前記電装部品と前記バッテリケースとを仕切り、かつ、前記電装部品の側面を覆っていることを特徴とする車両用バッテリパック。 - 前記ブラケットを第1ブラケットとし、前記ブラケット上部を第1ブラケット上部とし、前記ブラケット縦壁部を第1ブラケット縦壁部とし、前記ブラケット下部を第1ブラケット下部としたとき、
前記ハウジングと前記第1ブラケットの間に配置される第2ブラケットを有し、
前記第2ブラケットは、
前記バッテリケースの下方で前記ハウジングに支持される一端部と、
前記電装部品の下方で前記ハウジングに支持される他端部と、
前記一端部から前記バッテリケースと前記電装部品との間の隙間に向かって、前記電装部品の下面よりも上方に突出する第1突出部と、
前記他端部から前記電装部品の下面に向かって上方に突出し、前記電装部品と前記ハウジングとの問で前記第1ブラケット下部と締結される第2突出部と、を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用バッテリパック。 - 前記ハウジングは、アッパハウジングと、前記アッパハウジングと接合面を介して連結されるロアハウジングと、を有し、
前記電装部品の上方を横切るように前記接合面と前記バッテリケースとをプレート部材により連絡したことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の車両用バッテリパック。 - 前記電装部品は、基板が格納される基板部と、前記基板部の上面に配置され上方に突出する電力貯蔵部と、を有し、
前記プレート部材は、前記電力貯蔵部の上面に沿って延びる第1プレート部と、前記基板部の上面に沿って延びる第2プレート部と、前記第1プレート部と前記第2プレート部の間に上下方向の段差を形成する段差部と、を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の車両用バッテリパック。 - 前記電装部品の一端部に前記電力貯蔵部が配置され、
前記ダクトは、前記第1プレート部の前記第2プレート部と反対側の側面に対向する対向部を有し、
前記対向部は、前記第1プレート部および前記電力貯蔵部の前記バッテリケースに近接する部位を側方から覆っていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の車両用バッテリパック。
