Claims (5)
- 内部空間を画定しかつ前記内部空間と外部とを連通させる第1の開口部及び前記内部空間と外部とを連通させる第2の開口部を有する容器と、
前記内部空間に挿入された内部電極と、
前記第1の開口部に多孔質部材が充填されて形成された液絡部と、
前記第2の開口部を覆うように設けられ、通気性を有する通気性部材と、
前記容器の内側に設けられ、前記内部空間を、前記液絡部を含む側の空間と前記通気性部材を含む側の空間とに仕切る仕切り板と、を有し、
前記仕切り板は、1の主面から他の主面まで貫通して設けられた少なくとも1つの細孔を有し、
前記細孔は、直径よりも長さが大きく前記仕切り板によって仕切られた2つの空間の間で気体を通過させかつ液体を通過させないサイズで形成されている
ことを特徴とする参照電極。 - 前記第1の開口部と前記第2の開口部とが対向して設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の参照電極。
- 前記通気性部材は、非透湿性を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の参照電極。
- 前記通気性部材は、多孔質樹脂からなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1つに記載の参照電極。
- 前記通気性部材はフッ素樹脂からなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1つに記載の参照電極。
