第2部分52は、電解質7の第2凹部7b内に配置される。そのため、第2部分52は、第2凹部7bに係止されている。そして、上述の通り、応力緩和部50の内部には空隙50aが形成されているため、応力緩和部50自体が伸縮可能である。従って、反応防止層8が伸縮した場合、応力緩和部50の伸縮が限界に到達するまでは反応防止層8の伸縮が許容されるため、反応防止層8及び電解質層7の界面に生じる熱応力を緩和させることができる。また、応力緩和部50の伸縮が限界に到達した後は反応防止層8の伸縮が制限されるため、面方向において反応防止層8が電解質層7から過剰にずれてしまうことを抑制できる。その結果、電解質層7が反応防止層8から剥離することを抑制できる。
