前記制御部は、前記乗員に適合する前記サービス施設の候補を複数決定し、決定された複数の前記サービス施設の候補のうち前記乗員により選択された前記サービス施設までの経路情報を決定する、

前記制御部は、前記状態情報に適合する自動運転状態の情報を決定する、

前記制御部は、互いに異なる前記車両において、同一の前記状態情報が得られている場合であっても、前記乗員情報に含まれる前記乗員の人数が異なるとき、前記乗員に適合する前記サービス施設として異なる前記サービス施設を異なる前記車両の前記乗員のそれぞれに対して決定する、
