Description
15.0gのArt pearl CE-800T、8.4gのT5652、15.0gのMIBK ST L、2.1gのCAB-381-20、2.52gのD110N、及び1.2gのSILCLEAN 3700を混合した。混合物に59.5gの1-メトキシ-2-プロピルアセテートを添加して固形分を32.51質量%に調製した後、自公転型遠心撹拌機THINKY AR-250(株式会社シンキー、日本国東京都千代田区)を用いて3.5分間撹拌して低光沢層コーティング組成物を得た。
低光沢層コーティング組成物を透明樹脂基材1上にナイフコーターを用いギャップを40μmとして塗布し、温度65℃のオーブンに1.5分間置いて溶剤をコーティング層から除去し、その後温度120℃のオーブンに5分間置いて熱硬化させて、乾燥厚み約12μmの低光沢層を形成した。
基材層の上に低光沢層が形成されたフィルムに、着色樹脂基材1を積層し、加熱加工ロールによりライン速度7m/分、ニップ圧力0.2MPa、温度60℃の条件で梨地エンボスロール(均一なマット)又はアッシュ柄エンボスロール(木目)を押圧した。
エンボス加工したフィルムの低光沢層の上に以下の表2の記載の条件で印刷した。
例1、比較例1~3並びに参考例1及び1a~1eのフィルムを作製した。低光沢層及びインクジェット印刷パターン種類とその有無、並びにエンボス加工の種類を表3に記載する。参考例1~参考例1eでは、低光沢層全面を印刷で被覆した。
例1、比較例1~3並びに参考例1及び1a~1eのフィルムの低光沢層について、携帯型光沢計BYKガードナー・マイクロ-トリ-グロス(ビックケミー・ジャパン株式会社、日本国東京都新宿区)を用いて、表面光沢度を測定角20度/60度/85度にて測定した。表面光沢度が60度で1.5GU以下である場合、実用的な低光沢条件を充たすと評価できる。また、測定角20度で0.2GU以下、60度で0.7GU以下、85度で5.0GU以下の3つを満たす場合、極めて良好な低光沢表面外観を示すと評価できる。
例1及び比較例1~3のフィルムの表面層のテクスチャ視認性を目視で観察した。
表2の条件のうちインクを透明インクからホワイト(W)インク、ブラック(K)インク、イエロー(Y)インク、マゼンタ(M)インク又はシアン(C)インクに変更した以外は例1と同様の手順でフィルムを作製した。例1a~1eのフィルムの評価結果を表5に示す。

前記印刷パターンがインクジェット印刷パターンである、態様1に記載のフィルム。

前記印刷パターンの領域の表面光沢度と、前記低光沢層の前記印刷パターンで被覆されていない領域の表面光沢度との比が、60度で5以上である、態様1又は2のいずれかに記載のフィルム。

前記低光沢層がナノシリカ粒子をさらに含む、態様1~3のいずれかに記載のフィルム。

ウレタン樹脂を含むバインダーと、4μm以上、20μm以下の平均粒径を有するウレタン樹脂ビーズと、ナノシリカ粒子とを含む低光沢層と、
前記低光沢層を部分的に被覆する印刷パターンと
を含み、
前記低光沢層が、前記バインダー100質量部を基準として、前記ウレタン樹脂ビーズを100質量部以上、240質量部以下含み、
前記低光沢層の前記印刷パターンで被覆されていない領域が、表面光沢度が60度で1.5GU以下であるマット外観を示し、前記印刷パターンの領域の表面光沢度が、前記印刷パターンで被覆されていない領域の表面光沢度より高い、テクスチャ視認性を有する、フィルム。 - 前記印刷パターンがインクジェット印刷パターンである、請求項1に記載のフィルム。
