Description
フィルタ基材に光触媒を固定した光触媒フィルタであって、
前記フィルタ基材を、内部に三次元の連続気孔を有する耐火性の金属多孔体とし、
該金属多孔体は、セラミック多孔体とは異なる多孔部分の内部構造を有しており、
前記金属多孔体の厚みをt(mm)とし、
前記金属多孔体の1インチ当たりの平均セル数をC(ppi)としたときに、
前記フィルタ基材は、厚みtと、平均セル数Cとの積(t×C)で規定した前記金属多孔体を使用し、
前記金属多孔体の実用範囲内となる前記積の規定値は、100以上、400以下となっていることを特徴とする。
フィルタ基材4を金属多孔体11とし、
金属多孔体11の厚みをt(mm)とし、
金属多孔体11の1インチ当たりの平均セル数をC(ppi)としたときに、
厚みtと、平均セル数Cとの積(t×C)が100以上、400以下となるようにする。
トルエンの流量:光照射容器の入口で0.500±0.025L/min(0℃、101.3kPa)、
フィルタ(ファインセラミックス)のサイズ:幅 49.0±1.0mm/長さ 99.0±1.0mm、
光触媒面(金属多孔体11の表面)での紫外線8aの照度:10-20W/m2
となっており、
フィルタの厚みtと平均セル数(またはセルの密度)については、特に定められていない。

15t×25ppiの金属多孔体11を用いたもの(No5)が、トルエンの除去率が最も高くなった。

E(光8子1個当たりのエネルギー)=h(プランク定数)×v(光8の振動数)の式により、
(V=光8の速度÷波長 ゆえにE=h×光8の速度÷波長→E=1240÷波長→1240÷387.5nm=3.2eV)3.2eVとなり、波長に換算すると約388nmとなる。
これにより、隔壁55は、全体として上下方向へ延びると共に、ガス3の流れ方向に沿った水平な方向に単数回または複数回迂回する蛇行形状となる。隔壁55は、例えば、複数枚の金属板を連結して蛇行形状を形成しても良いし、一枚(または複数枚)の金属板を曲げ加工して蛇行形状を形成しても良い。

- フィルタ基材に光触媒を固定した光触媒フィルタであって、
前記フィルタ基材を、内部に三次元の連続気孔を有する耐火性の金属多孔体とし、
該金属多孔体は、セラミック多孔体とは異なる多孔部分の内部構造を有しており、
前記金属多孔体の厚みをt(mm)とし、
前記金属多孔体の1インチ当たりの平均セル数をC(ppi)としたときに、
前記フィルタ基材は、厚みtと、平均セル数Cとの積(t×C)で規定した前記金属多孔体を使用し、
前記金属多孔体の実用範囲内となる前記積の規定値は、100以上、400以下であることを特徴とする光触媒フィルタ。 - 請求項1に記載の光触媒フィルタであって、
前記積の規定値は、100以上、375以下であることを特徴とする光触媒フィルタ。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の光触媒フィルタであって、
前記金属多孔体は、ニッケル、銀、銅、アルミニウム、ニッケルクローム、ニッケル-スズ、ニッケル-鉄のうちの少なくとも1種類以上の材料で形成されているか、または、前記金属多孔体は、素材にニッケルを含んでいることを特徴とする光触媒フィルタ。 - 請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の光触媒フィルタであって、
前記金属多孔体は、紫外線の透過率が8%以下であることを特徴とする光触媒フィルタ。 - 請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の光触媒フィルタであって、
前記光触媒は、酸化チタンであることを特徴とする光触媒フィルタ。 - 請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の光触媒フィルタであって、
前記光触媒は、平均粒子径が1nm以上、100nm以下であることを特徴とする光触媒フィルタ。 - 請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の光触媒フィルタであって、
前記フィルタ基材に対する前記光触媒の担持量は、50mm×100mmの面積あたり、1g~2.5gであることを特徴とする光触媒フィルタ。 - 請求項1ないし請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の光触媒フィルタであって、
前記金属多孔体は、平板状をしていることを特徴とする光触媒フィルタ。 - 請求項1ないし請求項8に記載の光触媒フィルタを備えたことを特徴とする脱臭装置。
