なお、上記構成において、上記最終画像生成部は、上記第2画素数に対して上記最終縮小処理を実行する場合、縮小率50%以上の縮小処理を少なくとも1回以上実行するようにしてもよい。
Claims (4)
- 車両の周囲の状況を撮像する撮像部から出力される撮像画像データに基づく第1画像を取得する取得部と、
前記第1画像に対して、当該第1画像の視点から表示装置の表示領域に表示する最終画像の視点に変換する視点変換処理を実行する視点変換部と、前記第1画像に対して、縮小率50%以上の縮小処理であって、かつ前記最終画像の最終画素数より多い第2画素数に縮小する中間縮小処理を実行する中間縮小部と、を有し、前記視点変換部と前記中間縮小部との協働により前記中間縮小処理の縮小制限をかけつつ前記撮像部から遠い部分より近い部分の縮小率を小さくした視点変換された前記第2画素数の第2画像を生成する中間画像生成部と、
縮小率50%以上の縮小処理であって、かつ前記第2画像の前記第2画素数を前記最終画像の前記最終画素数になるように最終縮小処理を実行する最終画像生成部と、
を備える画像処理装置。 - 前記取得部は、前記車両の周囲の状況を撮像する複数の前記撮像部から出力される撮像画像データに基づく複数の前記第1画像を取得し、
前記中間画像生成部は、複数の前記第1画像に対して前記視点変換処理を実行したそれぞれの画像を繋ぎ合わせて、前記第2画像としての合成画像を生成する請求項1に記載の画像処理装置。 - 前記中間画像生成部は、付加画像が重畳された前記第2画像を生成する請求項1または請求項2に記載の画像処理装置。
- 前記最終画像生成部は、前記第2画素数に対して前記最終縮小処理を実行する場合、縮小率50%以上の縮小処理を少なくとも1回以上実行する、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の画像処理装置。
