Claims (17)
- スロットに配置された摺動翼を夫々有する少なくとも2つのロータ要素と、
前記ロータ要素を支持するロータ軸と、
前記ロータ要素毎の吸込室と
を備えており、
前記ロータ軸は前記吸込室に偏心して配置されており、
前記吸込室は夫々ポンプ段を形成しており、
前記ロータ要素及び前記ロータ軸は一体に形成されており、
前記吸込室を囲むハウジングが、第1の吸込室に連結されている入口と、最後の吸込室に連結されている出口とを有しており、
全ての媒体が、前記入口から流入して前記吸込室を順々に通過するように構成されており、
前記媒体としてガス/オイル混合物が前記吸込室からオイルリザーバに流入するように、最後の吸込室と前記出口との間に前記オイルリザーバが配置されており、
前記オイルリザーバは前記最後の吸込室の隣に横方向に配置されており、
前記オイルリザーバと前記最後の吸込室の出口との間にバルブが設けられており、前記バルブは、前記オイルリザーバ内のオイルのオイルレベルより下に少なくとも部分的に配置されていることを特徴とする多段式回転翼ポンプ。 - 隣り合うポンプ段を分離するための隔壁が、2つのポンプ段の間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多段式回転翼ポンプ。
- 前記隔壁は複数の部分から構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の多段式回転翼ポンプ。
- 前記隔壁は2つの部分から構成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の多段式回転翼ポンプ。
- 前記隔壁は、リング状分割部分として形成されている隔壁要素を有していることを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の多段式回転翼ポンプ。
- 2つのハーフリング状の隔壁要素が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の多段式回転翼ポンプ。
- センタリング要素が前記隔壁要素の当接面に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の多段式回転翼ポンプ。
- 前記センタリング要素は、センタリングピンであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の多段式回転翼ポンプ。
- 前記吸込室は、共通の一体化されたハウジング要素によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の多段式回転翼ポンプ。
- 少なくとも1つの予め組み立てられて隣り合うポンプ段を分離する隔壁を有する一体化されたロータは、前記吸込室を形成する前記ハウジング要素に軸方向に挿入されていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の多段式回転翼ポンプ。
- 前記オイルリザーバは2つの互いに連結されているチャンバを有していることを特徴とする請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の多段式回転翼ポンプ。
- 1つのチャンバが、最後の吸込室から出るオイルが取り込まれるオイルチャンバとして形成されていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の多段式回転翼ポンプ。
- 1つのチャンバがオイル及びガスを分離するためのフィルタリングチャンバとして形成されていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の多段式回転翼ポンプ。
- 1つのチャンバがオイル及びガスを分離するためのフィルタリングチャンバとして形成されていることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の多段式回転翼ポンプ。
- 前記フィルタリングチャンバは、流れ方向に見て前記オイルチャンバの後ろに配置されていることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の多段式回転翼ポンプ。
- 前記フィルタリングチャンバの入口に連結されているフィルタリング装置が前記フィルタリングチャンバに設けられていることを特徴とする請求項13~15のいずれか一項に記載の多段式回転翼ポンプ。
- 前記フィルタリングチャンバは前記出口に連結されていることを特徴とする請求項13~16のいずれか一項に記載の多段式回転翼ポンプ。
