Description
Claims (10)
- 以下の特徴を有する、液体を付与するためのディスペンサー(10):
(a)ディスペンサー(10)が、液体を付与するためのアプリケータ開口(22)を有するハウジング(20)を有し、
(b)ディスペンサー(10)が、付与前の液体を貯蔵するための液体リザーバー(30)を有し、
(c)ディスペンサー(10)が、通気ダクト(40)を有し、通気ダクト(40)によって、液体の付与後、液体リザーバー(30)への空気の流入を可能にするように周囲大気が液体リザーバー(30)に連結され、
(d)ディスペンサー(10)が、アプリケータ開口(22)をカバーするための保護キャップ(14)を有し、保護キャップ(14)が、ハウジング(20)の上に配置されることができ、かつハウジング(20)から除去されることができ、
(e)ディスペンサー(10)が、通気ダクト(40)中に切換弁(42)を有し、切換弁(42)が、ハウジングの外側の上に与えられた押ボタン(43)を活性化することによって開放されることができ、
(f)ハウジング(20)及び保護キャップ(14)が、保護キャップ(14)がハウジング(20)の上に配置された状態で又は保護キャップ(14)がハウジング(20)の上に配置されるときに押ボタン(43)に作用し、かくして切換弁(42)を開放するように相互に適応される。 - 以下の追加の特徴を有する、請求項1に記載の液体を付与するためのディスペンサー(10):
(a)ディスペンサー(10)が、付与行動を検出するための検出装置(50)を有し、
(b)検出装置(50)が、通気ダクト(40)を通って流入する空気を検出するように構成される。 - 以下の追加の特徴を有する、請求項2に記載のディスペンサー(10):
(a)検出装置(50)が、通気ダクト(40)を通って流入する空気を検出するためのセンサー装置(52)を有し、
- センサー装置(52)が、通気ダクトの二つの位置的に離間された基準点の間の圧力差を検出するように構成され、かつ/又は
- センサー装置(52)が、通気ダクトを通って流れる空気によって偏向可能である少なくとも一つの偏向可能な表面部分(54)を有し、かつ/又は
- センサー装置(52)が、少なくとも二つの温度センサー(56)及び少なくとも一つの加熱要素(58)を含み、それらが、通気ダクト(40)に配置され、二つの温度センサー(56)が、加熱要素(58)の上流及び下流に与えられる。 - 以下の追加の特徴を有する、請求項2又は3に記載のディスペンサー(10):
(a)検出装置(50)が、通気ダクト(40)を通って流入する空気によって過去に付与された液体の量を間接的に検出するように構成され、
(b)検出装置(50)が、ディスプレイ装置(66)を有し、かつディスプレイ装置(66)によって、液体の決定された付与量、又はそれから計算された、液体リザーバー(30)に残る液体の量についてユーザーに知らせるように構成される。 - 以下の追加の特徴を有する、請求項2~4のいずれかに記載のディスペンサー(10):
(a)検出装置(50)が、通気ダクト(40)を通って流入する空気によって付与行動を間接的に識別するように構成される。 - 以下のさらなる特徴の少なくとも一つを有する、請求項2~5のいずれかに記載のディスペンサー(10):
(a)ディスペンサー(10)が、スクイーズボトルディスペンサーとして構成され、かつ液体リザーバー(30)を持ち、液体リザーバー(30)が、液体を付与する目的のために外側から手で圧縮可能であり、かつ/又は
(b)液体リザーバー(30)が、5ml~500mlの最大容積を有し、かつ/又は
(c)ディスペンサー(10)が、滴下ディスペンサー(10)として構成され、かつアプリケータ開口(22)の領域に滴形成表面(23)を持ち、かつ/又は
(d)ディスペンサー(10)が、医薬ディスペンサー(10)として構成され、かつ液体リザーバー(30)を有し、液体リザーバー(30)が、医薬液体で満たされている。 - 以下の追加の特徴を有する、請求項2~6のいずれかに記載のディスペンサー(10):
(a)検出装置(50)が、外部検出モジュール(80)の形で構成され、外部検出モジュール(80)が、ディスペンサー(10)のハウジング(20)に取り付けられ、かつ前記ハウジング(20)から解放されることができる。 - 以下のさらなる特徴を有する、請求項1~7のいずれかに記載の液体を付与するためのディスペンサー(10):
(a)検出装置(50)が、保護キャップ(14)に一体化されている。 - 以下のさらなる特徴を有する、請求項1~8のいずれかに記載の液体を付与するためのディスペンサー(10):
(a)検出装置(50)が、ハウジング(20)の上に保護キャップ(14)を配置することによって活性化可能であるスイッチ(69)を持つ。 - 以下のさらなる特徴を有する、請求項1~9のいずれかに記載の液体を付与するためのディスペンサー(10):
(a)検出装置(50)が、保護キャップ(14)が所定の場所に置かれることに応答して通気ダクト(40)中の空気流量を決定するように構成される。
