Claims (8)
- 顎骨発育不全の分野における骨の誤った位置を矯正するための充填要素としての使用に適した骨インプラントであって、前記骨インプラントは、前記骨の第1の骨部分に取り付けるための第1の部分および前記骨の第2の骨部分に取り付けるための第2の部分を有し、前記第1の部分は、前記骨インプラントの第1の側面に配置され且つ前記第1の骨部分に接触するように構成され、前記第2の部分は、前記骨インプラントの第2の側面に配置され且つ前記第2の骨部分に接触するように構成され、前記第1の部分は前記第2の部分に対向するように配置され、前記骨インプラントは、前記骨に固定されると前記第1の骨部分および前記第2の骨部分を互いに対して方向付けて互いからある距離に前記部分を保つように準備され、前記骨インプラントは、前記骨インプラントが前記第1の骨部分と前記第2の骨部分との間に挿入されて前記第1の骨部分に対する前記第2の骨部分の所定の向きを強制することができるよう、そのような幾何学形状を有し、そのように適合され、前記骨インプラントは、前記第2の側面の方向に突出する突起を有するフック形状を有する、骨インプラント。
- 前記骨インプラントが、生分解性金属材料を含むか、またはそれらから構成され、および/または、吸収性ポリマーまたはセラミック材料を含むか、またはそれらから構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の骨インプラント。
- 少なくとも部分的に充填要素の形態の前記骨インプラントがトラス型またはグリッド型構造を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の骨インプラント。
- ウェブが、上部に接合され、および/または、互いに隣接して接合されて前記骨インプラントの3次元構造を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の骨インプラント。
- 前記ウェブが、互いに対して傾斜するように延び、接触領域および接続領域を有することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の骨インプラント。
- 前記ウェブ間に少なくとも1つのキャビティが形成されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の骨インプラント。
- 複数のキャビティが、前記ウェブからある距離にある所定の領域に存在することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の骨インプラント。
- 前記骨インプラントが複合層で構成され、および/または、生成的製造方法で製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の骨インプラント。
