Description
なお、本願における車両用吸音材1は、ダッシュインシュレータ40及びカーペット42を含まないものとする。ダッシュインシュレータ40は、車室内の乗車空間とエンジンルームなどとの間に設けられ、搭乗者の目につきにくいために表皮106を備えておらず、一般的な大人の搭乗者の耳や口の位置から遠い位置に配置されているためである。また、カーペット42も、一般的な大人の搭乗者の耳や口の位置から遠い位置に配置されているためである。すなわち、ダッシュインシュレータ40及びカーペット42は、搭乗者の会話の明瞭性に対する影響度が相対的に低いと考えられている。
Claims (6)
- 車室内に取付られる車両用吸音材であって、
少なくとも繊維材と表皮材とが一体成形され、前記車室内に組付けられる本体部を備え、
前記本体部の少なくとも一部に設けられた吸音部は、
前部座席のヘッドレスト下面から下方への鉛直距離Elhが0.1~0.4mの範囲内で車室内に取り付けられるように形成され、通気抵抗AFR(Ns/m3)及び鉛直距離Elh(m)が、
210<AFR+10/Elh<3020
の関係を満たし、前記本体部の他の領域とは厚さが異なることによって前記関係を満たす通気抵抗AFRが設定されていること
を特徴とする車両用吸音材。 - 請求項1に記載の車両用吸音材において、
前記吸音部は、
前記繊維材の前記表皮材とは反対側に非通気性材が重ねられていること
を特徴とする車両用吸音材。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の車両用吸音材において、
前記吸音部は、
前記繊維材と前記表皮材との間に5mm以上15mm以下の厚さの発泡層を有すること
を特徴とする車両用吸音材。 - 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の車両用吸音材において、
前記吸音部は、
1000Hz以上の吸音率が1000Hz未満の吸音率よりも高くされていること
を特徴とする車両用吸音材。 - 請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の車両用吸音材において、
少なくとも前記本体部は、
車室内装の一部を構成するように組付けられること
を特徴とする車両用吸音材。 - 請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の車両用吸音材において、
前記吸音部は、
上部の厚さよりも下部の厚さが厚くされていること
を特徴とする車両用吸音材。
