Description
米国特許4,127,389号は、高温加熱流体からの熱を複数のチューブ内を流れるプロセス流体に伝達する交換器リアクタに関する。この交換器リアクタは、一般に円筒状の中空シェル組立体と、中空シェル組立体にマウントされるチューブバンドル組立体であって、中空シェル組立体と連携して、加熱流体をシェル入口チャンバ→主要シェル加熱チャンバ→シェル出口チャンバ→外部に移動させるシェル入口チャンバ、主要シェル加熱チャンバおよびシェル出口チャンバを提供するチューブバンドル組立体と、を備える。
米国特許出願公開第2012/298552号は、ディレードコーキング装置内で原油をすべて熱分解させるディレードコーキングプロセスに関し、原油供給流はすべて、炉内で480℃~530℃の範囲のコーキング温度に加熱される。
米国特許出願公開第2010/025221号は、蒸留プロセスを含む、原油を5つの生成物流に分離するステップに関し、これによって、原油と同様の混合物とを分離するエネルギーの消費量が低減される。
Claims (4)
- 原油塔への流れおよび減圧塔への流れの加熱方法であって、
原油予熱器で原油を予熱し、
前記原油予熱器で予熱された原油と、水蒸気分解装置充填ガスとを第1熱交換器に送り、前記第1熱交換器内で前記水蒸気分解装置充填ガスの熱を前記原油予熱器で予熱された原油に伝達して加熱流を生成し、当該加熱流を原油加熱炉に送り、
前記加熱流を前記原油加熱炉でさらに加熱して原油塔に送り、
前記原油塔の底部流と、前記水蒸気分解装置充填ガスとを第2熱交換器に送り、前記第2熱交換器内で前記水蒸気分解装置充填ガスの熱を前記底部流に伝達して前記底部流を加熱し、加熱した前記底部流を減圧塔に送ることを含み、
前記水蒸気分解装置充填ガスの温度は、350~600℃の範囲にあり、前記第1熱交換器における熱交換の前において、前記原油予熱器で予熱された原油の温度より高く、
前記原油塔への流れが前記第1熱交換器内で前記水蒸気分解装置充填ガスからの熱が伝達されることによって加熱され、前記原油加熱炉内でさらに加熱されて、加熱された前記原油塔への流れが得られ、
前記減圧塔への流れである前記底部流が前記第2熱交換器内で前記水蒸気分解装置充填ガスからの熱を伝達されることによって加熱されて、加熱された前記減圧塔への流れが得られ、
前記加熱流を前記原油加熱炉でさらに加熱するステップは、前記第1熱交換器内での前記水蒸気分解装置充填ガスから前記原油予熱器で予熱された原油への熱伝達の後であって、前記第2熱交換器内での前記水蒸気分解装置充填ガスから前記底部流への熱伝達の前に行われ、
前記第1熱交換器の入口での温度は、前記第1熱交換器の出口での温度より少なくとも10℃高いことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記原油塔の入口への流れは、前記第1熱交換器内で前記水蒸気分解装置充填ガスからの熱が伝達されることによって加熱される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記減圧塔の入口への流れは、前記第2熱交換器内で前記水蒸気分解装置充填ガスからの熱を伝達されることによって加熱され、加熱された前記減圧塔の入口の流れが得られる請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記第1熱交換器の入口での温度、すなわち前記水蒸気分解装置充填ガスからの流れの温度は、前記第1熱交換器の出口での温度、すなわち前記原油塔の入口への流れの温度より少なくとも10℃、好適には少なくとも50℃高い請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
