Description
Claims (11)
- 前記(A)(加水分解性シリル基)-官能性ポリオレフィンプレポリマーが、制限(i)~(iii):(i)各加水分解性シリル基が独立して、式(II):(R2)m(R3)3-mSi-(II)の一価の基であり、式中、下付き文字mが、1、2、または3の整数であり、各R2が独立して、H、HO-、(C1-C6)アルコキシ、(C2-C6)カルボキシ、((C1-C6)アルキル)2N-、(C1-C6)アルキル(H)C=NO-、または((C1-C6)アルキル)2C=NO-であり、各R3が独立して、(C1-C6)アルキルまたはフェニルである、(ii)前記(A)のポリオレフィン部分が、ポリエチレン系、ポリ(エチレン-コ-(C3-C40)アルファ-オレフィン)系、またはそれらの組み合わせである、(iii)(i)および(ii)の両方である、のうちのいずれか1つを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の湿気硬化性配合物。
- 前記(B)式(I)のアスコルビルカルボン酸エステルが、制限(i)~(xviii):(i)Rが(C1-C45)アルキル基である、(ii)Rが分岐鎖(C1-C45)アルキル基である、(iii)Rが直鎖(C1-C45)アルキル基である、(iv)Rが非置換である直鎖(C1-C45)アルキル基である、(v)Rが(C1-C35)アルキル基である、(vi)Rが(C1-C25)アルキル基である、(vii)Rが(C9-C25)アルキル基である、(viii)Rが(C11-C19)アルキル基である、(ix)Rが(C12-C18)アルキル基である、(x)Rが(C13-C17)アルキル基である、(xi)Rが(C14-C16)アルキル基である、(xii)Rが直鎖(C14-C16)アルキル基である、(xiii)Rが(C14)アルキル基である、(xiv)Rが直鎖(C14)アルキル基である、(xv)Rが(C15)アルキル基である、(xvi)Rが直鎖(C15)アルキル基である、(xvii)Rが(C16)アルキル基である、(xviii)Rが直鎖(C16)アルキル基である、のうちのいずれか1つを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の湿気硬化性配合物。
- 前記(B)式(I)のアスコルビルカルボン酸エステルが制限(i)~(v):(i)Rが(C2-C45)アルケニル基、(C6-C12)アリール基、(C1-C25)アルキル置換(C6-C12)アリール基、または(C6-C12)アリール置換(C1-C25)アルキル基である、(ii)Rが(C2-C45)アルケニル基である、(iii)Rが(C6-C12)アリール基である、(iv)Rが(C1-C25)アルキル置換(C6-C12)アリール基である、(v)Rが(C6-C12)アリール置換(C1-C25)アルキル基である、のうちのいずれか1つを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の湿気硬化性配合物。
- (C)過酸化物および/または前記(C)過酸化物による前記(B)アスコルビルカルボン酸エステルの酸化の反応生成物(BOx)をさらに含み、前記(C)過酸化物が、(C1)ヒドロカルビルヒドロ過酸化物または(C2)有機過酸化物である、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の湿気硬化性配合物。
- 添加剤(D)~(I):(D)難燃剤、(E)抗酸化剤、(F)金属不活性化剤、(G)着色剤、(H)水分捕捉剤、および(I)(D)~(H)のうちのいずれか2つ以上の組み合わせから選択される少なくとも1つの添加剤をさらに含む、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の湿気硬化性配合物。
- 湿気硬化ポリオレフィン生成物であって、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の湿気硬化性配合物、または請求項7に記載の方法により作製された前記湿気硬化性配合物を湿気硬化させて、前記湿気硬化ポリオレフィン生成物をもたらすことによる生成物である、湿気硬化ポリオレフィン生成物。
- 請求項8に記載の湿気硬化ポリオレフィン生成物の成形形態を含む、製造物品。
- 被覆導体であって、導電性コアと、前記導電性コアを少なくとも部分的に囲むポリマー層とを含み、前記ポリマー層の少なくとも一部分が、請求項8に記載の湿気硬化ポリオレフィン生成物を含む、被覆導体。
- 電気を伝導する方法であって、請求項10に記載の被覆導体の前記導電性コア全体に電圧を印加して、前記導電性コアを通る電気の流れを発生させることを含む、方法。
