Description
上記の実施形態では、正極リベット22のかしめ部近傍にあるガスケット25への熱的ダメージを低減するために、正極リベット22を銅で構成したが、二次電池の軽量化及び低コスト化のために、負極リベット32をアルミニウムで構成してもよい。

Claims (5)
- 正極板及び負極板を備えた電極体と、
開口部を有し、前記電極体を収納した電池ケースと、
前記開口部を封口する封口体と、
前記封口体の内側に設けられ、前記正極板又は前記負極板に接続された内部端子と、
前記封口体の外側に設けられ、前記内部端子に接続された外部端子と
を備えた二次電池であって、
前記外部端子は、前記封口体を貫通して形成されたリベットを有し、
前記正極板及び前記負極板のうち一方の極板に接続された一方の内部端子は、第1金属からなる第1部分と、第2金属からなる第2部分とを有し、
前記一方の内部端子に接続された一方の外部端子は、第2金属からなるとともに、前記リベットにおいて、前記一方の内部端子の前記第2部分に接合されており、
前記正極板及び前記負極板のうち他方の極板に接続された他方の内部端子は、第2金属からなり、
前記他方の内部端子に接続された他方の外部端子は、第2金属からなるとともに、前記リベットにおいて、前記他方の内部端子に接合されており、
前記一方の極板は、正極板であり、
前記第1金属は、アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金からなり、前記第2金属は、銅または銅合金からなる、二次電池。 - 正極板及び負極板を備えた電極体と、
開口部を有し、前記電極体を収納した電池ケースと、
前記開口部を封口する封口体と、
前記封口体の内側に設けられ、前記正極板又は前記負極板に接続された内部端子と、
前記封口体の外側に設けられ、前記内部端子に接続された外部端子と
を備えた二次電池であって、
前記外部端子は、前記封口体を貫通して形成されたリベットを有し、
前記正極板及び前記負極板のうち一方の極板に接続された一方の内部端子は、第1金属からなる第1部分と、第2金属からなる第2部分とを有し、
前記一方の内部端子に接続された一方の外部端子は、第2金属からなるとともに、前記リベットにおいて、前記一方の内部端子の前記第2部分に接合されており、
前記正極板及び前記負極板のうち他方の極板に接続された他方の内部端子は、第2金属からなり、
前記他方の内部端子に接続された他方の外部端子は、第2金属からなるとともに、前記リベットにおいて、前記他方の内部端子に接合されており、
前記一方の極板は、負極板であり、
前記第1金属は、銅または銅合金からなり、
前記第2金属は、アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金からなる、二次電池。 - 前記封口体の内側において、前記リベット及び前記第1部分が露出している部位に、耐電解液性の絶縁部材が覆われている、請求項1または2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記内部端子は、前記正極板又は前記負極板に設けられた第1金属からなるタブを介して、前記正極板又は前記負極板に接続されている、請求項1または2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記外部端子は、前記リベットに接続され、前記封口体の外部に設けられたバスバー接続用端子をさらに有している、請求項1または2に記載の二次電池。
