Claims (12)
- 人間の外耳道の中に少なくとも部分的に脱着可能に装着され、その上にバイタルパラメータの検出のための少なくとも1つのセンサが取り付けられるように適切な形状と寸法で作られる支持体を有する、人間の少なくとも1つのバイタルパラメータの検出用の装置であって、
前記支持体は、中空円筒状に形成され、前記中空円筒の円筒軸に対して半径方向外側に、連続的に開口する中空チャネルを区画化し、前記支持体の装着状態において、前記人間の外耳道と少なくとも部分的に面接触する、中空円筒の外壁領域を有する平面基板であり、
前記平面基板は、巻軸の周りに巻くことによって中空円筒形状に変更可能であり、
前記平面基板は、材料固有の形状保持剛性を有し、巻くことによって中空円筒に変更される前記平面基板は、巻きプロセスの結果として、外部からの機械的な拘束無しで互いにゆるく重なる2つの対向する平面基板部分を有する装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置であって、
中空円筒状に巻かれた前記平面基板は、外部からの機械的な拘束無しに中空円筒状に巻かれた状態において、前記支持体の装着状態において人間の外耳道の内径よりも大きい第1の円筒外径を有し、前記平面基板が前記外耳道に半径方向外側に向く力を生じさせる装置。 - 請求項1又は2のうちの1項に記載の装置であって、
前記平面基板は、少なくとも2つの表面セグメントを有し、それぞれが中間ウェブ領域を介して互いに一体的に接続され、前記表面セグメントのそれぞれが中空円筒状に巻かれる装置。 - 請求項3に記載の装置であって、
少なくとも1つの表面セグメントが構成され、巻かれた状態において、その表面セグメントが個別に半径方向に伸長可能なフィンガー部分を有し、それぞれのフィンガー部分が互いに対になって噛み合う装置。 - 請求項1乃至4のうちの1項に記載の装置であって、
前記平面基板は、少なくとも1つのセンサが一体化され、又は前記少なくとも1つのセンサが貼付される単層又は多層のポリマー層から製造される装置。 - 請求項1乃至5のうちの1項に記載の装置であって、
前記少なくとも1つのセンサは、くし形電極配置と、電気抵抗センサと、光源と光検出器とを有する光センサシステムと、加速度センサとからなる群から選択される装置。 - 請求項1乃至6のうちの1項に記載の装置であって、
前記平面基板の内部に一体化される電気的構成要素に接続される、少なくとも1つの露出した金属の表面接触部が、前記外耳道に面する中空円筒の外壁領域上に設けられる装置。 - 請求項1乃至7のうちの1項に記載の装置であって、
ワイヤレス又は有線のいずれかで、信号と電力を外部の端末装置とやり取りするための信号と電力の伝送ユニットが前記支持体に取り付けられている装置。 - 請求項1乃至8のうちの1項に記載の装置であって、
前記支持体は、前記支持体の装着状態において、人間の外耳道の中で、少なくとも部分的に、前記外耳道を通して鼓膜に対して自由なアクセスがあるように形成されかつ寸法が決められている装置。 - 請求項6に記載の装置であって、
前記くし形電極配置が構造化表面セグメントに一体化されている装置。 - 請求項1乃至10のうちの1項に記載の装置であって、
少なくとも1つのアクチュエータが前記支持体に取り付けられている装置。 - 心拍数、ECG信号、体温、血中酸素飽和度、CO2センサ、pH値、血糖、皮膚電気抵抗、血圧のうち少なくとも1つの人間のバイタルパラメータの検出用のための請求項1乃至11のうちの1項に記載の装置の使用方法。
