Claims (3)
- ステータコアの中心を軸方向に貫通する貫通孔に配置させた巻回状態のコイルを拡張させることによって、前記ステータコアの内方から外方へ移動させ、前記貫通孔に向けて開口するスロットに挿入するコイル挿入装置であって、
円環状に配置される複数の駒部材を有するコイル拡張部を備え、
前記複数の駒部材は、前記貫通孔に配置される前記巻回状態のコイルの内側に挿入可能に縮径する第1の位置と、前記第1の位置から拡径することによって、前記巻回状態のコイルを内方から外方に向けて押圧し、前記スロットに一度に挿入させる第2の位置と、の間を移動可能に設けられる、コイル挿入装置。 - 前記複数の駒部材は、前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置に亘って、周方向に連続する閉じた外周面を有する、請求項1に記載のコイル挿入装置。
- ステータコアの中心を軸方向に貫通する貫通孔に配置させた巻回状態のコイルを拡張させることによって、前記ステータコアの内方から外方へ移動させ、前記貫通孔に向けて開口するスロットに挿入するコイル挿入方法であって、
円環状に配置される複数の駒部材を、前記貫通孔に配置される前記巻回状態のコイルの内径よりも縮径した第1の位置に配置させて前記巻回状態のコイルの内側に挿入する駒部材挿入工程と、
前記複数の駒部材を、前記第1の位置から拡径した第2の位置に移動させることによって、前記巻回状態のコイルを内方から外方に向けて拡張させて前記ステータコアの前記スロットに一度に挿入するコイル挿入工程と、を有する、コイル挿入方法。
