Description
最初に、ハイブリッド車両の概略について説明する。図1に示すように、ハイブリッド車両は、走行駆動に用いられるエンジン1を有する。ハイブリッド車両はまた、走行駆動に用いられるモータとして構成されるモータジェネレータ2を有する。ハイブリッド車両はまた、モータジェネレータ2の回転をエンジン1の回転に伝えるベルト3を有する。モータジェネレータ2は、ベルト3を介してエンジン1の回転をアシストできるようになっている。すなわち、本実施形態に係るハイブリッド車両のハイブリッドシステムは、いわゆる、ベルト駆動型のISG(Integrated Starter Generator)ハイブリッドシステムとなっている。
ハイブリッド車両の詳細について説明する。すなわち、ハイブリッド車両は、さらに次のように構成されるとよい。図1に示すように、エンジン1は、このエンジン1を駆動させるための動力源を有するエンジン本体1aと、回転可能な第1及び第2エンジン回転軸1b,1cとを有する。第1及び第2エンジン回転軸1b,1cはエンジン本体1aに接続される。第1及び第2エンジン回転軸1b,1cはまた、エンジン1の駆動によって回転可能であり、かつモータジェネレータ2から伝えられる回転によって回転可能である。第1及び第2エンジン回転軸1b,1cの回転は同期している。エンジン1はまた、第2エンジン回転軸1cに取り付けられるエンジンプーリ1dを有する。エンジンプーリ1dは、ベルト3を掛けることができるように構成されている。
ハイブリッドECU21の詳細についてさらに説明する。図2に示すように、ハイブリッドECU21は、エンジン回転速度を取得可能に構成されるエンジン回転速度取得部33を有する。ハイブリッドECU21においては、エンジン回転速度取得部33によってエンジン回転速度の取得値ω1がもたらされる。特に、エンジン回転速度取得部33は、エンジン1からエンジンECU22を介してエンジン回転速度を取得可能とするとよい。
本実施形態に係るハイブリッド車両の制御方法の一例について以下に説明する。最初に、ハイブリッド車両がモータ駆動モードとなっている(ステップS1)。要求駆動トルクTが制限トルクEよりも大きいか否かを判定する(ステップS2)。要求駆動トルクTが制限トルクE以下である場合(NO)、ハイブリッド車両がモータ駆動モードを継続する(ステップS1)。要求駆動トルクTが制限トルクEよりも大きい場合(YES)、モータ駆動モードからエンジン駆動モードに切り換える(ステップS3)。さらに、エンジン駆動モードからモータ駆動モードへの切換を禁止する(ステップS4)。

Claims (5)
- エンジンと、
ベルトを介して前記エンジンの回転をアシストできるように構成されるモータと
を備えるハイブリッド車両であって、
前記エンジンの駆動を停止した状態で前記モータの駆動を用いて走行するモータ駆動モードと、前記エンジンの駆動を用いて走行するエンジン駆動モードとを切り換えるべく前記エンジンの駆動と前記モータの駆動とを制御可能に構成される駆動制御部と、
前記ベルトのスリップを防止可能とするために前記モータから出力されるトルクを制限する閾値である制限トルクを設定するように構成されるトルク設定部と
を備え、
前記制限トルクは、前記エンジンの回転速度が大きくなるほど小さく設定され、
前記駆動制御部は、前記モータ駆動モード中に要求駆動トルクが前記制限トルクよりも大きい場合に、前記エンジンの駆動を再開するように前記エンジン駆動モードに切り換えると共に前記モータ駆動モードへの切換を禁止するように構成されている、ハイブリッド車両。 - 前記駆動制御部は、前記モータ駆動モード中に前記要求駆動トルクが前記制限トルクよりも大きい場合に前記モータ駆動モードへの切換を禁止した後に、前記要求駆動トルクが前記制限トルク以下になっても前記モータ駆動モードへの切換の禁止を維持するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両。
- 前記トルク設定部は、前記ベルトのスリップ率が大きいほど前記制限トルクを小さく設定するように構成されている、請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッド車両。
- 前記トルク設定部は、さらに、前記モータからのトルクの出力を許容する閾値である許可トルクを設定するように構成され、
前記許可トルクが前記制限トルクよりも小さくなっており、
前記駆動制御部は、前記エンジン駆動モード中に前記要求駆動トルクが前記許可トルクよりも小さい場合に、前記モータ駆動モードへの切換を許可するように構成されている、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両。 - 前記トルク設定部は、前記エンジンの回転速度が大きいほど前記制限トルク及び前記許可トルクを小さく設定するように構成されており、かつ前記エンジンの回転速度が大きいほど、前記ベルトの同じスリップ率にて設定される前記制限トルク及び前記許可トルクの差が大きくなるように構成されている、請求項4に記載のハイブリッド車両。
