Claims (9)
- 電気自動車(52)用のモジュール式レンジエクステンダシステム(20)であって、
直列に接続された複数の燃料電池と、水素及び空気の供給並びに水及び残留ガスの排出のためのインタフェースとをそれぞれ有する、複数の燃料電池基本モジュール(10)と、
前記インタフェースを介して前記燃料電池基本モジュール(10)に空気及び水素を供給するとともに前記インタフェースを介して前記燃料電池基本モジュール(10)から水及び残留ガスを排出するように設計された、媒体供給装置と、
を備え、
異なる出力を供給するために、異なる数の燃料電池基本モジュール(10)が、異なる並列回路の形で相互に電気的に接続可能であり、及び/又は、異なる数の燃料電池基本モジュール(10)が、異なる電圧を供給するために、異なる直列回路の形で相互に電気的に接続可能であり、レンジエクステンダ(22)のそれぞれの変形形態を形成するように前記媒体供給装置を用いて構成可能であり、
前記燃料電池基本モジュール(10)は、前記燃料電池基本モジュール(10)の両端に配置されて間に前記それぞれの燃料電池が配置された第1のエンドプレート(14)及び第2のエンドプレート(16)をそれぞれ有し、前記第1のエンドプレート(14)のみが、空気及び水素の供給並びに水の排出のためのインタフェースを有し、
前記燃料電池基本モジュール(10)内で、前記燃料電池は、相互に隣接して配置され、かつ相互に直列に電気的に接続された、空気、水素、水、及び残留ガスのための共通のU字形の媒体ガイド(36)を有する2つのセルスタック(32、34)内に位置しており、各基本モジュールの前記第2のエンドプレート(16)は、前記セルスタック(32、34)のうちの一方のセルスタックから他方のセルスタックへの前記媒体ガイド(36)の方向転換部(38)を有する、
モジュール式レンジエクステンダシステム(20)。 - 前記燃料電池基本モジュール(10)は全て、同一の部品構造を有する、
請求項1に記載のモジュール式レンジエクステンダシステム(20)。 - 前記燃料電池基本モジュール(10)は独自の制御装置を有し、前記制御装置は、前記レンジエクステンダ(22)のそれぞれの変形形態の共通のハードウェア上で実行可能である、
請求項1又は2に記載のモジュール式レンジエクステンダシステム(20)。 - 前記燃料電池基本モジュール(10)は、それぞれ2~8kWの範囲の出力を供給するように設計されている、
請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のモジュール式レンジエクステンダシステム(20)。 - 各燃料電池基本モジュール(10)用の前記媒体供給装置は、空気を供給するための別個の空気圧縮機(18)を有する、
請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のモジュール式レンジエクステンダシステム(20)。 - 前記媒体供給装置は、前記燃料電池基本モジュール(10)に空気及び水素を供給するとともに前記燃料電池基本モジュール(10)から水及び残留ガスを排出するための中央媒体供給チャネル(30)を有し、前記燃料電池基本モジュール(10)は、前記中央媒体供給チャネル(30)の左右で前記媒体供給チャネルに結合可能である、
請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のモジュール式レンジエクステンダシステム(20)。 - 電気自動車(52)の車両電気システムのための回路装置(40)であって、
請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のモジュール式レンジエクステンダシステム(20)に基づくレンジエクステンダ(22)の所定の変形形態と、
前記電気自動車(52)の電気駆動機(44)にエネルギーを供給するための高電圧バッテリ(42)と、
を備え、
前記高電圧バッテリ(42)及び前記レンジエクステンダ(22)は、DC電圧変換器を介在させずに並列回路の形で相互接続され、前記レンジエクステンダ(22)は、前記高電圧バッテリ(42)を充電するように設計されており、
前記回路装置(40)はさらに、
前記レンジエクステンダ(22)と前記高電圧バッテリ(42)との間の導電接続を確立及び切断するためのスイッチング装置(48)
を備える、
