a raw material charging step of charging the foam sheet raw material into the hopper of the extruder;
a cooling step of cooling the foam sheet discharged from the extruder with a cooling device;
adjusting the initial thickness of the foam sheet that has passed through the cooling device by means of first roller units provided above and below the foam sheet;
a stretching step of stretching the foam sheet with a second roller unit provided for stretching the foam sheet whose initial thickness is adjusted by the first roller unit;
a heating step of heating the foam sheet with a heater section disposed between the first and second roller sections;
The stretching step adjusts the rotation speed ratio of the first and second roller units to control the thickness of the foam sheet,
The rotation speed ratio of the first roller portion to the second roller portion is 1:3 to 1:8,
In the stretching step, the foam sheet is stretched to a thickness of 1 mm or less after passing through the second roller unit.
8. The foaming sheet according to claim 7, wherein the initial thickness of the foam sheet is adjusted by the first roller unit during the stretching and heating steps, heated by the heater unit, and then stretched by the second roller unit. Sheet manufacturing method.
