Claims (8)
- 密度は、0.6g/cm3~0.8g/cm3である透湿防水膜であって、前記透湿防水膜に複数の微細孔が形成されており、前記微細孔の寸法は500nm未満であり、前記透湿防水膜は、
第1の原料で形成された第1の表層と、
中間層原料で形成された中間層と、
第2の原料で形成された第2の表層と、
を含み、
前記第1の原料は、70重量部の第1のポリプロピレン樹脂、及び30重量部の第2のポリプロピレン樹脂を含み、
前記中間層原料は、80重量部の第1のポリプロピレン樹脂、5重量部の第2のポリプロピレン樹脂、及び20重量部の無機粒子を含み、
前記第2の原料は、70重量部の第1のポリプロピレン樹脂、及び30重量部の第2のポリプロピレン樹脂を含み、
前記中間層は、前記第1の表層と、前記第2の表層との間に設置され、
前記第2のポリプロピレン樹脂は、親水性基を含むように変性されたポリプロピレン樹脂であり、前記第2のポリプロピレン樹脂と、前記第1のポリプロピレン樹脂とは互いに異なり、
前記透湿防水膜の厚さは、15μm~50μmであり、前記中間層が占める厚さの比例は80%であり、前記第1の表層が占める厚さの比例は10%であり、前記第2の表層が占める厚さの比例は10%であり、
前記無機粒子の平均粒径(D 50 )は0.05μm~2μmである、ことを特徴とする透湿防水膜。 - 前記透湿防水膜の耐水圧は、10000mm・H2O~20000mm・H2Oであり、前記透湿防水膜の、24時間で、1m2あたりの透湿度は5000g~20000gである、請求項1に記載の透湿防水膜。
- 前記第2のポリプロピレン樹脂における親水性基は、ヒドロキシ基、カルボン酸基、アミド基及びアミノ基からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも一種である、請求項1に記載の透湿防水膜。
- 材料がポリオレフィンである繊維布帛、及び前記繊維布帛に設置される透湿防水膜を含む透湿防水織物であって、前記透湿防水膜の密度は0.6g/cm3~0.8g/cm3であり、前記透湿防水膜に複数の微細孔が形成されており、前記微細孔の寸法は500nm未満であり、前記透湿防水膜は、
第1の原料で形成された第1の表層と、
中間層原料で形成された中間層と、
第2の原料で形成された第2の表層と、を含み、
前記第1の原料は、70重量部の第1のポリプロピレン樹脂、及び30重量部の第2のポリプロピレン樹脂を含み、
前記中間層原料は、80重量部の第1のポリプロピレン樹脂、5重量部の第2のポリプロピレン樹脂、及び20重量部の無機粒子を含み、
前記第2の原料は、70重量部の第1のポリプロピレン樹脂、及び30重量部の第2のポリプロピレン樹脂を含み、
前記中間層は、前記第1の表層と前記第2の表層との間に設置され、

- 第1の原料、中間層原料、及び第2の原料を提供するステップと、
前記第1の原料、前記中間層原料、及び前記第2の原料を圧延することで、三層構造のポリオレフィン薄片を形成するステップと、
前記ポリオレフィン薄片を延伸することで、透湿防水膜を形成するステップと、を含み、
前記第1の原料は、70重量部の第1のポリプロピレン樹脂、及び30重量部の第2のポリプロピレン樹脂を含み、
前記中間層原料は、80重量部の第1のポリプロピレン樹脂、5重量部の第2のポリプロピレン樹脂、及び20重量部の無機粒子を含み、
前記第2の原料は、70重量部の第1のポリプロピレン樹脂、及び30重量部の第2のポリプロピレン樹脂を含み、
前記第2のポリプロピレン樹脂は、親水性基を含むように変性されたポリプロピレン樹脂であり、前記第2のポリプロピレン樹脂と、前記第1のポリプロピレン樹脂とは互いに異なり、
前記透湿防水膜の密度は、0.6g/cm3~0.8g/cm3であり、前記透湿防水膜に複数の微細孔が形成されており、前記微細孔の寸法は500nm未満であり、
前記透湿防水膜の厚さは、15μm~50μmであり、中間層が占める厚さの比例は80%であり、第1の表層が占める厚さの比例は10%であり、第2の表層が占める厚さの比例は10%であり、
前記無機粒子の平均粒径(D 50 )は0.05μm~2μmである、ことを特徴とする透湿防水膜の製造方法。 - 前記ポリオレフィン薄片を延伸するステップは、前記ポリオレフィン薄片に対して、タテ方向(MD)の延伸加工、及びヨコ方向(TD)の延伸加工を行うステップを含み、前記タテ方向の延伸加工の倍率は2.5~5.0倍であり、前記ヨコ方向の延伸加工の延伸倍率は6.0~10倍である、請求項6に記載の透湿防水膜の製造方法。
- 前記タテ方向の延伸加工、及び前記ヨコ方向の延伸加工は、先後して、または同時に行われる、請求項7に記載の透湿防水膜の製造方法。
