b.上記のアコースティックエミッションセンサを介して信号を収集することと、
c.上記の信号を解析することと、
d.上記の機械部品の状態を認識することと、
e.上記の状態に基づいて措置を通知することと、を含む、機械部品の監視/解析のための方法。
b.上記のアコースティックエミッションセンサを介して信号を収集するステップと、
c.上記の信号を解析するステップと、
d.上記の信号の解析から上記の流体膜軸受の状態を認識するステップと、
e.上記の状態に基づいて措置を通知するステップと、を含む、軸受の監視/解析のための方法。

Claims (5)
- a.2つ以上のパッドを含む流体膜軸受と、
b.前記軸受に隣接して位置付けられるアコースティックエミッションセンサであって、前記流体膜軸受から前記2つ以上のパッドのうちの少なくとも1つの状態に関するデータを収集するように構成される、アコースティックエミッションセンサと、を含み、
前記流体膜軸受からデータを収集するように構成される2つのアコースティックエミッションセンサを含み、
第1のアコースティックエミッションセンサは、前記流体膜軸受の径方向表面と係合されるようにさらに画定され、
第2のアコースティックエミッションセンサは、前記流体膜軸受の軸面と係合されるようにさらに画定される
ことを特徴とする軸受監視/解析システム。 - 前記第2のアコースティックエミッションセンサは、前記第1のアコースティックエミッションセンサに対しておよそ180度で位置付けられるようにさらに画定される
請求項1に記載の軸受監視/解析システム。 - a.2つ以上のパッドを含む流体膜軸受に隣接して筐体上にアコースティックエミッションセンサを位置付けるステップと、
b.前記アコースティックエミッションセンサを介して信号を収集するステップと、
c.前記信号を解析するステップと、
d.前記信号の解析から前記流体膜軸受の前記2つ以上のパッドのうちの少なくとも1つの状態に関する状態を認識するステップと、
e.前記状態に基づいて措置を通知するステップと、を含み、
前記流体膜軸受からデータを収集するように構成される2つのアコースティックエミッションセンサを含み、
第1のアコースティックエミッションセンサは、前記流体膜軸受の径方向表面と係合されるようにさらに画定され、
第2のアコースティックエミッションセンサは、前記流体膜軸受の軸面と係合されるようにさらに画定される
ことを特徴とする軸受の監視/解析方法。 - 前記状態が、損傷の状態である
請求項1に記載の軸受監視/解析システム。 - 前記第2のアコースティックエミッションセンサが、流体膜軸受のエンドプレートまたはキャリアリングに配置される
請求項1に記載の軸受監視/解析システム。
