Description
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to an elevator operation system that copes with troubles in the operation of a car due to a failure.
BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, an elevator has been proposed in which a car and a device (elevating drive device) for raising and lowering the car are separated and coupled (for example, Patent Document 1).
US Pat. No. 6,200,009 discloses an arrangement that allows for lateral movement of a car between parallel hoistways in a spaced apart relationship. The car is capable of lateral movement, and from a lift drive located in one hoistway, through a support ("structure" in Patent Document 1) provided with a lateral track that connects both hoistways, to the other can be moved to a lift drive located in the hoistway.
The car has a lateral drive for lateral movement. Here, when the car is positioned outside the hoistway and positioned on the support, if there is an abnormality in the lateral movement such as a failure of the lateral drive device, the car will be stuck in the middle of the support. put away. In such a case, if the support was not provided with a landing, it would be difficult for a worker who rescues a user in the car to access the car. Furthermore, if the failure of the lateral drive device is such that the car cannot be driven by itself, the car must be moved along the lateral track of the support to the hoistway using human power or a winch. It takes a lot of time and effort to save the user and complete the repair of the lateral drive device. In particular, when a user is boarding the broken-down car, there is a possibility that the user will be made to wait for a long time to be rescued while feeling uneasy.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide an elevator operation system that facilitates access to a car for inspection and repair even when the car becomes abnormal due to lateral movement.
The present invention provides a car provided with at least a part of a lateral drive device capable of laterally moving with respect to a structure on which an elevator is installed, a car detachable from the car, and the car moving laterally. and a lifting drive device for lifting and lowering the mounted car by moving up and down with respect to the structure; a non-lifting support comprising a second transverse track that can be in continuous relation to said first transverse track for guiding said transverse movement of the car; and a group management server for managing the operation of said cars and said lift drives. wherein a plurality of said cars are operated on said structure, and a rescue car, which is one of said plurality of cars, is anomalous with respect to said lateral movement operation at said non-elevating support. It is possible to connect to a failed car, which is another one of the group, to pull or push the failed car until it is attached to the lift drive device by the thrust generated by itself, and the group A management server is an elevator operation system that controls the operation of the two cars involved in the pulling or pushing.
In this configuration, under the control of the group management server, one of the plurality of cars is used as a rescue car, and the rescue car is combined with the faulty car to pull or push the faulty car. can be attached to the lift drive to move the failed car to a position where it can be inspected and repaired.
Further, each of the plurality of cars can be provided with a cushioning portion in a portion facing another car for reducing impact when the cars come into contact with each other.
In this configuration, the shock absorbing portion can reduce the shock when the rescue car is connected to the faulty car, so that both cars can be prevented from being damaged due to the collision.
In addition, each of the plurality of cars is provided with a coupling device that performs the coupling, and the coupling device is capable of performing the coupling by combining a coupler and a to-be-coupled body capable of coupling and uncoupling by engagement or adsorption. , and in each of the plurality of cars, the combination can be provided for the rescue car and the malfunction car.
In this configuration, the combination of the coupler and the uncoupled body is provided for the rescue car and the faulty car among the plurality of cars, so that the two cars can be reliably connected. .
Further, each of the plurality of cars is provided with a lateral driving microcomputer for controlling the lateral driving device in each car, and the lateral driving microcomputer provided in any one of the plurality of cars is the lateral driving microcomputer of the lateral driving device. When an abnormality related to the lateral movement operation is detected, an abnormality occurrence signal is transmitted to the group management server, and the group management server receiving the abnormality occurrence signal notifies that the faulty car in which the abnormality has been detected is the non-elevating car. If the car is positioned on the support and cannot be raised or lowered, the car that has no abnormality in the lateral drive device and is in an empty car state is selected, and the car is selected as the rescue car, and the broken car is used as the rescue car. The lateral drive microcomputer provided in the rescue car may be controlled so as to be coupled to the rescue car.
In this configuration, the transverse drive microcomputer and the group management server cooperate with each other, so that an appropriate one of the plurality of cars can be sent to the malfunctioning car as a rescue car.
Further, the group management server connects the rescue car with the malfunctioning car and performs the towing or pushing to a landing provided on the structure for getting on and off the car. Once the faulty car is ready to reach the landing and is attached to the lift drive, the towing or boosting is terminated, the coupling is released, and the rescue car is returned to normal operation. It can control the lateral drive microcomputer provided in the car.
With this configuration, the rescue car that has finished rescuing the broken car can be quickly returned to normal operation.
Further, the towing or pushing of the malfunctioning car by the rescue car is limited to the case where the lateral driving device of the malfunctioning car has an output abnormality or the driving power supply to the lateral driving device is insufficient. can be done.
In this configuration, the rescue car can be used to rescue the malfunctioning car only when it is unlikely that towing or pushing the car will worsen the failure.
According to the present invention, the rescue car can be towed or pushed to attach the failed car to the lift drive and move the failed car to a position where it can be inspected and repaired. Therefore, even if the car becomes abnormal due to lateral movement, it is easy to access the car for inspection and repair.
An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 6. FIG. This embodiment is an
The
The physical configuration of the
The
FIG. 3 shows the
The car
Each of the plurality of
FIG. 4 shows that the car 3 (however, the illustrated state is during rescue, and both the
As shown in FIG. 6, the
The
Here, the rescue of the malfunctioning
As shown in FIGS. 5(A)-(C), each of the plurality of
The example shown in FIG. 5A is of the latch lock type. A plate-
The example shown in FIG. 5B is an electromagnetic lock type. An electromagnetic lock
The example shown in FIG. 5(C) is a hook lock type. An
In this manner, physical coupling is achieved in the examples shown in FIGS. 5A and 5C, or electromagnetic coupling is achieved in the example shown in FIG. 5B. In either example, a
When the
In addition, the
For example, in a state in which the lateral movement is abnormal due to partial deformation, damage, falling off, etc. of the car, there is a possibility that the failure will be worsened by towing or boosting the car. Therefore, the towing or pushing of the failed
In addition, the elevator of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the gist of the present invention. For example, the configuration of one embodiment can be added to the configuration of another embodiment, and part of the configuration of one embodiment can be replaced with the configuration of another embodiment. Furthermore, some of the configurations of certain embodiments can be deleted.
