Description
本発明は、磁性体物質・非磁性体物質除去フィルタに係り、特に、鉄の如き磁性体物質と共に、アルミニウムの如き非磁性体物質が、共に又は別個に混入してなる、各種の被処理液体中から、それら2種の混入物質を効果的に分離除去せしめ得るフィルタ装置に関するものである。 The present invention relates to a filter for removing magnetic and non-magnetic substances, and in particular, various liquids to be treated in which magnetic substances such as iron and non-magnetic substances such as aluminum are mixed together or separately. Among others, the present invention relates to a filter device capable of effectively separating and removing these two types of contaminants.
BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, devices and equipment having a structure in which liquids such as lubricating oil and hydraulic oil circulate inside have been used for various purposes, such as engines, transmissions, and various hydraulic systems. During the use of these devices and equipment, the surfaces of the metal parts gradually wear out, so that the metal particles generated by the wear of the surfaces of the metal parts circulate inside. It is inevitably entrained in liquids and becomes suspended. Then, the metal particles in the liquid further accelerate the wear of the surface of the metal parts. Also, in machine tools such as honing machines and grinders, grinding is performed while supplying coolant such as grinding fluid and cutting fluid stored in a supply tank to the workpiece placed in the processing part. However, metal particles such as fine metal powder, metal abrasive grains, and metal scraps (chips) of the ground work will be mixed in the coolant recovered from the processing part. It is difficult to reuse coolant containing metal particles as it is.
Therefore, in the above-mentioned engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, etc., the metal parts that wear out are made of ferromagnetic materials such as iron or non-magnetic materials such as aluminum. The used lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, etc. may not contain such ferromagnetic materials or non-magnetic materials such as aluminum. Non-magnetic powders and granules are mixed in, and for this reason, these liquids are filtered by a filter device arranged in the middle of the piping route of these liquids, and the fine particles mixed in these liquids are separated, collected and removed. Various structures have been proposed as filter devices for this purpose.
そして、そのようなフィルタ装置の一つである、磁気エネルギを利用して、液体中に混入した強磁性粉粒体(金属粉粒体)を吸着、分離(ろ過)するようにした磁気フィルタ装置が、従来のろ過式フィルタを用いたフィルタ装置に比較して、目詰まりが生じ難いために、フィルタの定期的な洗浄や交換が必要でなく、ランニングコストを低減し得る等の特徴を有しているフィルタ装置として、注目を受けている。 A magnetic filter device, which is one of such filter devices, uses magnetic energy to adsorb and separate (filter) ferromagnetic powder particles (metal powder particles) mixed in liquid. However, since clogging is less likely to occur compared to a filter device using a conventional filtration type filter, periodic cleaning or replacement of the filter is not required, and running costs can be reduced. It is attracting attention as a filter device that
For example, in Japanese Unexamined Utility Model Publication No. 5-2713 and Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2011-11205, a permanent magnet is arranged outside the passage through which the liquid to be treated flows, and the magnetic force of the permanent magnet causes the inside of the passage to move. A magnetic filter device, also called a magnetic filter or a magnetic in-line filter, has been proposed to magnetically separate ferromagnetic particles from a flowing liquid to be treated. In order to remove the ferromagnetic granules trapped in the passage from the passage, the magnet is moved along the passage and positioned at a magnetic shielding portion where the magnetic force of the magnet does not act. A structure is adopted in which the magnet attraction is eliminated and the liquid is discharged together with the liquid to be treated. However, since these magnetic filter devices magnetically separate ferromagnetic particles from the liquid to be treated, it is difficult to separate and remove non-magnetic substances, which are difficult to magnetically separate, from the liquid to be treated. There is an inherent problem that it is not possible to
Further, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2015-178058, in order to separate fine matter in the fluid by centrifugal force and wash and purify the fluid, the fluid containing fine matter is supplied into the main container to create a vortex. The centrifugal force moves the fine matter to the outside and separates it, and the separated fine matter settles and is discharged from the bottom of the main container to the outside. There has been proposed a centrifugal separator having a structure in which an outlet is provided and the fluid in the main container is filtered by a filtering member and then flowed out through the fluid outlet. However, in such a centrifugal separation device, in addition to the necessity of arranging a predetermined filtering member in the container body, all the fluid in the container body is allowed to pass through the filtering member, As a result, problems such as clogging due to fine particles, especially smaller fine particles floating in the fluid, tend to occur in the filtering member, and there is a serious problem inherent in its durability. there were.
Further, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2005-28244, as a filter device that uses centrifugal force and magnetic force to separate magnetic minute matter in a fluid, a fluid containing minute matter is supplied to create a vortex. A filter section for separating fine particles by centrifugally moving them to the outside and a sedimentation section for sedimenting the fine particles sedimented by the filter section are arranged in vertical communication with each other, and the sedimentation section A structure has been proposed in which a magnet unit is provided on the outer periphery of the filter so as to apply a magnetic force to attract fine particles in the direction of the sedimentation part. In addition, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2009-297676, as a foreign particle separation device equipped with a cyclone processing container that separates foreign particles using centrifugal force, an upper inverted conical portion and a lower side are provided in the processing container. The fluid to be treated containing foreign particles is caused to flow into the upper inverted conical portion and is caused to swirl so that the foreign particles are separated by centrifugal force, while the lower inverted conical portion separates the foreign particles. A structure in which a magnetic member is provided in the conical portion and the magnetic attraction force of the magnetic member separates the magnetic particles in the fluid to be treated was clarified. In order to separate the objects, a floating object recovery tank is provided above the upper inverted conical portion via a partition plate having a slit-shaped hole, and the floating objects having a low specific gravity can be separated and stored in the recovery tank. structure has been clarified.
However, these proposed filter devices and foreign particle separation devices are basically intended to magnetically separate fine particles and foreign particles having magnetism. In addition to being not so effective for separating and removing foreign particles and foreign particles, the outlet of the fluid is opened at the center of the eddy current of the fluid formed in the device, so it is difficult to separate and remove magnetic fine particles and foreign particles. There is a problem that the foreign particles become finer and the fine particles floating in the fluid tend to flow out through the outflow port without being magnetically separated. There is an inherent problem in that the effect of separating magnetic minute particles and foreign particles is not sufficient.
However, in the foreign particle separation device disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2009-297676, floating objects with light specific gravity on which centrifugal force is difficult to act, such as oil components, floating dust, floating carbon, foreign particles with light specific gravity, etc. A tank for collecting floating matter is provided above the upper inverted conical portion for the purpose of separating and removing the floating matter. Effective separation and removal of fine non-magnetic particles floating in the fluid to be treated and having a specific gravity equal to or greater than that of the fluid to be treated (liquid) It was not possible to go to
In particular, liquids to be treated such as used lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, etc., which require purification, include magnetic substances such as iron, cobalt, nickel, and other ferromagnetic particles. , Depending on the material of the workpiece or machine tool, aluminum, copper, brass, and even non-magnetic substances such as abrasive grains (ceramics) dropped from the grinding wheel will be mixed in, and these magnetic substances and A liquid to be treated containing both non-magnetic substances and various liquids to be treated containing them separately are supplied, and the fluids are purified. The various known filter devices described above cannot effectively separate and remove both magnetic and non-magnetic substances.
ここにおいて、本発明は、上述せる如き事情を背景にして為されたものであって、その解決課題とするところは、遠心分離作用と磁気分離作用とを効果的に利用して、被処理液体から、鉄等の強磁性粉粒体の如き磁性体物質やアルミニウム、真鍮、砥粒等の如き非磁性体物質を有利に分離、除去せしめ得るようにした磁性体物質・非磁性体物質除去フィルタを提供することにある。 Here, the present invention has been made against the background of the circumstances as described above. Magnetic substance/non-magnetic substance removal filter capable of advantageously separating and removing magnetic substances such as ferromagnetic particles such as iron and non-magnetic substances such as aluminum, brass, abrasive grains, etc. is to provide
そして、本発明は、上述した課題を解決するために、以下に列挙せる如き各種の態様において、好適に実施され得るものであるが、また、以下に記載の各態様は、任意の組合わせにおいて、採用可能である。なお、本発明の態様乃至は技術的特徴は、以下に記載のものに何等限定されることなく、明細書全体の記載及び図面に開示の発明思想に基づいて、認識され得るものであることが、理解されるべきである。 In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention can be suitably implemented in various aspects as listed below. , can be adopted. It should be noted that the aspects and technical features of the present invention are not limited to those described below, and can be recognized based on the inventive ideas disclosed in the descriptions and drawings of the entire specification. , should be understood.
Accordingly, in order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention provides (a) an inlet for introducing a liquid to be treated in which a magnetic substance and a non-magnetic substance are mixed together or separately; An inflow having an outflow port for flowing out the purified liquid to be treated by separating and removing magnetic substances and non-magnetic substances, so that the liquid to be treated flowing in from the inflow port is directed downward. and (b) a truncated conical cylinder with a downwardly tapering diameter. The magnetic substance and the non-magnetic substance are separated and removed from the liquid to be treated led from the inflow/outflow head, and the liquid to be treated purified by such separation/removal flows into the inflow port of the inflow/outflow head. and (c) a truncated conical cylindrical body that is smaller in diameter than the cylindrical body constituting the outer funnel and that is accommodated in the outer funnel and has an upper end with a large diameter. At the opening, it is fixed to the inner surface of the intermediate portion of the outer funnel, while the magnetic substance and non-magnetic substance separated and removed from the liquid to be treated fall downward from the small-diameter lower end opening by gravity. (d) a bottomed cylinder with a closed lower end that vertically penetrates the inflow/outflow head and extends downward in the outer funnel; and (e) a subject that is vertically movably arranged in the magnet pipe and that flows through the outer rotor through the magnet pipe due to the downward movement arrangement in the magnet pipe. A predetermined magnetic field is applied to the liquid to be treated, and the magnetic substance in the liquid to be treated is attracted to the outer peripheral surface of the magnet pipe and magnetically separated. (f) a plurality of blades; are rotatably attached to the outer peripheral surface of the magnet pipe, and the plurality of blades are rotated by the downward flow of the liquid to be treated led from the inflow/outflow head, thereby causing the liquid to be treated to (g ) A detachable trap which is connected to the lower end opening of the outer funnel so that the magnetic substances and non-magnetic substances descending from the lower end opening of the inner funnel and accumulated are allowed to flow in from the lower end of the outer funnel by gravity. and (h) a communication passage that communicates between the outer funnel and the collection container. The gist of the present invention is a magnetic substance/non-magnetic substance removal filter characterized by having valve means for allowing flow into a collection container.
なお、かかる本発明に従う磁性体物質・非磁性体物質除去フィルタの好ましい態様の一つによれば、前記流入出ヘッド内において、前記流入口に接続されて、該流入口から流入せしめられる前記被処理液体を下方に導く導液路が、該流入出ヘッドの上部から下方に延びるように形成されている。 According to one of the preferred embodiments of the magnetic substance/non-magnetic substance removal filter according to the present invention, in the inflow/outflow head, the magnetic material is connected to the inflow port, and the subject is allowed to flow in from the inflow port. A liquid conduit for downwardly guiding the treatment liquid is formed to extend downward from the upper portion of the inflow/outflow head.
また、そのような本発明に従う磁性体物質・非磁性体物質除去フィルタの好ましい態様の他の一つによれば、前記導液路は、前記流入口から水平方向に延びる水平部と、該水平部から垂直方向下方に延びる垂直部とを有し、それら水平部と垂直部とによってL字形状を呈する形態において、形成されている。 Further, according to another preferred aspect of the magnetic substance/non-magnetic substance removal filter according to the present invention, the liquid guide path includes a horizontal portion extending horizontally from the inlet, and a horizontal portion extending horizontally from the inlet. and a vertical portion extending vertically downward from the portion, the horizontal portion and the vertical portion forming an L-shape.
さらに、かかる本発明に従うフィルタの別の好ましい態様の一つによれば、前記垂直部の下端部に設けられる、前記被処理液体の吐出口が、斜め下方で且つ外方に向かって開口する開口部にて構成され、かかる開口部から、前記被処理液体が前記アウタロートの内面に向かって吐出せしめられるようになっている。 Further, according to another preferred aspect of the filter according to the present invention, the discharge port for the liquid to be processed, which is provided at the lower end of the vertical portion, is an opening that opens obliquely downward and outward. The liquid to be treated is discharged toward the inner surface of the outer funnel from the opening.
According to another preferred embodiment of the magnetic substance/non-magnetic substance removal filter according to the present invention, the magnetic substance/non-magnetic substance removal filter is arranged so as to be located below the cyclone means attachment position of the magnet pipe. A wiper member that protrudes and extends along the entire circumference of the magnet pipe is disposed on the outer peripheral portion of the magnet pipe. Due to the presence of this wiper member, when the magnet means ascends in the magnet pipe, the magnetic substance magnetized to the magnet pipe is prevented from moving upward and is scraped off. Therefore, the magnetic substance can be easily dropped downward.
Further, according to another desirable aspect of the removal filter according to the present invention, a moving rod having an operating portion located outward from the upper opening of the magnet pipe is attached to the magnet means to perform such operation. The magnet means can be moved up and down within the magnet pipe by raising and lowering the portion. By moving the magnet means in the vertical direction by such a moving rod, the magnet means is arranged at the magnetic attachment position of the magnetic substance on the outer surface of the magnet pipe in the outer funnel, and the magnetic substance is magnetically attached to the outer surface of the magnet pipe. Thus, the falling off of the magnetic substance can be simply and easily carried out by lifting the magnet means.
Further, according to the present invention, preferably, the moving rod is configured to be bendable at an intermediate portion in its longitudinal direction, and the bendable portion is bent by the movement of the magnet pipe when the moving rod is lifted. The position of the magnet means in the magnet pipe can be fixed by being bent in a state of protruding outward from the upper end opening. As a result, the magnet means having a strong magnetic force can be effectively held within the magnet pipe, and the occurrence of unexpected problems caused by taking out such magnet means to the outside can be advantageously avoided. becomes.
このような本発明に従う磁性体物質・非磁性体物質除去フィルタによれば、効果的な旋回流による遠心力作用と共に、磁石手段による有効な磁着作用を利用することによって、被処理流体中に混入した各種の磁性体物質や非磁性体物質が有利に分離、除去せしめられ得ることとなるのであり、以て、被処理液体の浄化度をより一層高め得て、被処理液体の再利用を効果的に図り得ることとなるのである。 According to the magnetic substance/non-magnetic substance removal filter according to the present invention, by utilizing the effective centrifugal force effect of the swirling flow and the effective magnetic attraction effect of the magnet means, Various magnetic substances and non-magnetic substances mixed in can be advantageously separated and removed, so that the degree of purification of the liquid to be treated can be further enhanced, and the liquid to be treated can be reused. It can be achieved effectively.
以下、本発明の構成を更に具体的に明らかにするために、本発明の代表的な実施の形態について、図面を参照しつつ、詳細に説明することとする。 Hereinafter, in order to clarify the configuration of the present invention more specifically, representative embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
First, FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of a filter for removing magnetic and non-magnetic substances having a structure according to the present invention for purifying various coolants mixed with magnetic substances such as iron and non-magnetic substances such as aluminum. A cross section of the main part of the removal filter for performing is shown in a form divided at the connection portion between the outer funnel and the ball valve. In this respect, the
Specifically, as shown in an enlarged view in FIG. 2, the inflow/
An L-shaped
In addition, at the center of the bottom of the inflow/
Further, an
In addition, inside the funnel
By arranging the
In the present invention, as described above, the outer peripheral surface of the
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 1, the flow of the liquid to be treated, which is led downward by the L-shaped
また、かかるサイクロンブレード26の下方に位置するように配設されるワイパー28は、図7に示される如く、マグネットパイプ22に外挿される取付けリング部28aと、その下端部から径方向外方に突出して、全周に亘って延びる、下方に傾斜した円環板形状の傘部28bとから、一体的に構成されてなるものであって、このワイパー28は、図1に示される如く、マグネットパイプ22内に収容されるマグネット24よりも上方に位置するように、配設されている。
As shown in FIG. 7, the
Inside the
By the way, as is clear from FIG. 8, the moving
The
Therefore, in the
By the way, the downward flow of the liquid to be treated is gradually reversed, becomes an upward flow on the center side of the
Then, due to the action of the swirling flow of the liquid to be treated and gravity generated in the
On the other hand, the magnetic substance magnetically separated from the liquid to be treated by being attracted to the outer peripheral surface of the
When taking out the magnetic substances and non-magnetic substances accumulated in the lower space of the
Further, at the stage where a predetermined amount of magnetic substance or non-magnetic substance is contained in the

For example, as the permanent magnet used as the
Also, in the illustrated embodiment, an L-shaped
さらに、サイクロン手段であるサイクロンブレード26にあっても、それを構成する複数枚の羽根42の形状は、被処理液体の下方への流れによって、サイクロンブレード26が回転して、被処理液体の下方に向かう旋回流が惹起されることとなるならば、公知の如何なる羽根形状も採用可能であり、また、その羽根42の枚数にあっても、本発明の目的が達成され得るように適宜に選定されることとなる。
