Description
本出願は、2018年11月30日に中国で提出された中国特許出願番号No.201811454286.5の優先権を主張しており、同出願の内容の全ては、ここに参照として取り込まれる。
本開示は、電子技術分野に関し、特に、表示パネル及び端末に関する。
透明ベースと、
前記透明ベースの第1の領域上に設置される第1の表示モジュール、及び、前記透明ベースの第2の領域上に設置される第2の表示モジュールとを含み、
前記第1の領域と前記第2の領域とが組み合わせて全表示領域を形成し、前記第1の表示モジュールは能動的駆動有機発光ダイオードAMOLED表示モジュールであり、前記第2の表示モジュールは受動的駆動有機発光ダイオードPMOLED表示モジュールである。
本開示のいくつかの実施例では、透明ベースの第1の領域上にAMOLED表示モジュールが設置され、第2の領域上にPMOLED表示モジュールが設置されることにより、AMOLED表示モジュールとPMOLED表示モジュールとによって全表示モジュールが構成され、表示機能が共同で実現される。PMOLED表示モジュール自体が比較的に高い光透過率を持つため、第2の領域は光学デバイスのために光透過条件を提供することができるだけでなく、第1の領域と連携して表示を行うことができる。関連技術における表示画面が、光学デバイスのために光透過条件を提供した上で、その全面表示機能を確保できないという問題を解決した。

前記透明ベースの第1の領域1上に設置される第1の表示モジュール、及び、前記透明ベースの第2の領域2上に設置される第2の表示モジュールとを含み、
前記第1の領域1と前記第2の領域2とが組み合わせて全表示領域を形成し、前記第1の表示モジュールは能動的駆動有機発光ダイオードAMOLED表示モジュールであり、前記第2の表示モジュールは受動的駆動有機発光ダイオードPMOLED表示モジュールである。
Claims (8)
- 表示パネルであって、
透明ベースと、
前記透明ベースの第1の領域上に設置される第1の表示モジュール、及び、前記透明ベースの第2の領域上に設置される第2の表示モジュールとを含み、
前記第1の領域と前記第2の領域とが組み合わせて全表示領域を形成し、前記第1の表示モジュールは能動的駆動有機発光ダイオードAMOLED表示モジュールであり、前記第2の表示モジュールは受動的駆動有機発光ダイオードPMOLED表示モジュールであり、
前記受動的駆動有機発光ダイオードPMOLED表示モジュールのアノード層が、透明なインジウムスズ酸化物ITO材料を採用して作成され、
前記能動的駆動有機発光ダイオードAMOLED表示モジュールのカソード層と、前記受動的駆動有機発光ダイオードPMOLED表示モジュールのカソード層とは、同一の層に位置し、
前記表示パネルは、絶縁材料を更に含み、
前記絶縁材料は、前記能動的駆動有機発光ダイオードAMOLED表示モジュールの前記カソード層と前記受動的駆動有機発光ダイオードPMOLED表示モジュールの前記カソード層との間の境界領域に位置する、表示パネル。 - 前記能動的駆動有機発光ダイオードAMOLED表示モジュールのアノード層と、前記受動的駆動有機発光ダイオードPMOLED表示モジュールのアノード層とは、同一の層に位置する、請求項1に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記能動的駆動有機発光ダイオードAMOLED表示モジュールの発光層と、前記受動的駆動有機発光ダイオードPMOLED表示モジュールの発光層とは、同一の層に位置する、請求項1に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記第1の領域は、前記第2の領域を囲んで設置される、請求項1に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記第2の領域は、少なくとも2つある、請求項1に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記第1の領域は、四角形を形成しており、前記第2の領域は、丸形を形成している、請求項1に記載の表示パネル。
- ドライバチップと、少なくとも一つの光学デバイスと、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の表示パネルを含み、前記受動的駆動有機発光ダイオードPMOLED表示モジュールのカソード層及びアノード層は、それぞれ前記ドライバチップに電気的に接続され、 前記光学デバイスは、前記受動的駆動有機発光ダイオードPMOLED表示モジュールを透過して光を取り出す、端末。
- 前記光学デバイスは、カメラ及び/又は感光性デバイスを含む、請求項7に記載の端末。
